This company is a joke. I book a truck in 2 weeks advance to make sure I have how kove my stuff and they just send me an email telling they canceled!!! ?????? Why???? Don't use that company guys!!!

Eli was the associate that helped me out on both occasions that I stopped by. With only one employee working she was very busy and made sure to acknowledge every customer as they came in the door. My complaint wouldn't be for the in person experience it would be to make uhaul's website not explaining that there isn't any reservations for the day I needed. Eli made my experience easier and explained to me the discrepancies between the website and in store. She took her time and didn't rush me through the process. Very helpful, kind, and busy!

Please know that if you make a reservation, but get delayed picking up, your reserved vehicle will be given away. Even if you needed the vehicle for 24 hours. If you are delayed, too bad! This is very distressing situation that clients need to know. Fortunately, we were able to get a small van. We were about 90 minutes late. Had to wait in line regardless. Plan for thus.

We rented a U-Haul truck today! This place is the best. Very organized. The girl is very friendly. I honestly will come back here next time I need a box truck. They were calm and made my day even though the girl was so busy. She was so nice! I thought they would be rude because of all the people they deal with. So glad I was wrong. Hope she and more people like her work here. It's stressful moving as it is. It's helps to see a friendly face.

=== Feared the worst, got the best === After reading so many negative reviews about U-Haul (but finding they were the best of the bunch compared to other truck rental businesses), I was super impressed with my entire experience. Read on with my typical bullets. + I read nightmares of dirty trucks that smelled like weed/pot. But our truck was completely clean and didn't smell at all. Both cabin and cargo areas were spotless. + Truck itself ran well. We rented a 15' for 400+ miles (one-way move), and no mechanical problems the entire time. Plus, surprising amount of acceleration for a truck that large. I almost missed giving it up when returning it! + Brock (male) and Taylor (female) were friendly and beyond helpful in the office. (I opted for mobile check-in and check-out after reading all the nightmare reviews, but still needed to go in to get the keys.) + They answered all the questions I had. Taylor in particular was very knowledgeable (understood and explained why "pre-pay" isn't really pre-pay, knew the tank size and mileage of a 15 ft truck off-hand, looked up all details of my account in a jiffy). + Watches out for customers. Brock came out and helped survey for damage instead of just marking the ones I had already identified. When leaving, he moved a van for us to make sure we didn't ding either vehicle on the way out. + No line when I went to pick up. (10 am on a weekday) + They had the equipment I had rented (dolly, furniture pads) so no problems there. This doesn't apply to this location but drop-off after hours was similarly easy. App does a good job of walking through the steps. At no time was I confused about what I needed to do. Literally no negatives and I almost always find a way to improve. I must be an outlier but my experience here was flawless. Hope I get this lucky the next time I rent a UHaul.

Horrible Service! I called the day before 2x to make sure someone would be there at 7 am. It’s 8:45 am and no one is here. I will now be stuck in traffic and late due to someone else not showing up and telling me something that wasn’t true. Get it together Uhaul!

Seriously what is up with the 25 hour pickup??? This review is y about this business but the 24/7 pickup! We went to pick up our rental at 0800 Sunday morning. They wanted to call 4 people to verify we were who we said we were. Who the hell is going to call people at 0800 in the morning on Sunday? If we picked this up when they were open we wouldn't have this issue. I would not recommend Uhaul 24/7 pickup unless you want to wake everyone you know. What a joke, uhaul needs to changes their process. I will continue to not recommend people to uhaul for the rest of my life, now I have a pissed off wife to deal with when I get home .

These people are like family, they dont abandon you in your crisis, and work it out with you!! There are an awesome group of men who hang out at the entrace to volunteer for a price to move your furniture if you need them too!

We knew 2 hours ahead we would be late, so we called the office and they said they would change the reservation for us - just show up and enter information in the app and get a code to the lock box for the key.

Awful experience! Did a pick up after hours. Two different people called us to ask if we were coming in before they closed after we already booked it as an after hours reservation. We knew 2 hours ahead we would be late, so we called the office and they said they would change the reservation for us - just show up and enter information in the app and get a code to the lock box for the key. LIES! First of all - it took MULTIPLE tries for the app to recognize the verification code they sent (not the first time). Then, it says we have NO reservation. Even tried to confirm through the website. Called and had to wait 20 minutes to speak to their after hours center. Come to find out THEY NEVER DISPATCHED THE TRUCK! so he wants us to log in AGAIN to “pick up” but we don’t have that option because, again, they never dispatched the truck!Meanwhile, the employee is leaving the office and runs through the gate to their car after they see us standing by the lockbox trying to figure things out. Can’t offer help or anything. I get their off the clock but what happened to being a decent human being?The rep on the phone had to REDO the reservation. Completely aggravated that we’ve now wasted over 40 minutes on a 2 hour reservation. Part of this is uhaul, and part the runaway employee. I get you’re off the clock but you can’t even check on someone? Then say you have to be somewhere otherwise you’d help if you could? Anything? Nope.*UPDATE*Dispatcher had to re-complete our already completed but not showing express check in contract. An hour later and we got the van. Now for the BEST part!Just got off the phone after being transferred to customer service, then sales (who wouldn’t listen to what happened and cut me off twice to try to transfer me to someone else), then customer service again who practically laughed at us and told us we didn’t complete the express check-in - WRONG! We did complete it and the first after hours dispatcher asked us to, and we told him we couldn’t because it said it was already completed. Now we have to wait for 72 hours to even see if a manager will reimburse us at all for this ridiculous rental. Go to enterprise and rent a regular truck or a van for a day!!! Cheaper and unlimited miles! And much better customer service. Uhaul is by far the WORST!

A extremely rude guy at cashier! He looked simply annoyed when I asked questions about cardboard boxes they are selling he didn't like to answer in sentences only with few words!! May I suggest this guy to quit this job ? Only because apparently he isn't customer service type of guy at all. Don't even bother. it was yesterday July 6th in the morning I hope they would care which employee I am talking about.
