Horrible.I rented out a uhaul and set up pick up for after hours.They lock the trailer and email you the code to unlock the uhaul so u can access the key.Well, unfortunately they gave me the wrong code for the lock which forced me to cancel and delay my move and i had to pay the movers. So I had to go back on Sunday and even the employee couldn’t unlock the truck for me. And it took about 30 min for them to access the correct code to unlock the trailer.I complained, and the front desk girl that was working that morning said she would credit me back $50 and it would be added to my card. It is now SEPTEMBER 16 and still no refund !!!!!Someone needs to call me ASAP!

Horrible location. Reservation at 2PM. Showed up at 1:45. No one is here. Note on the door said be back at 2:40. WTH...

Please know that if you make a reservation, but get delayed picking up, your reserved vehicle will be given away. Even if you needed the vehicle for 24 hours. If you are delayed, too bad! This is very distressing situation that clients need to know. Fortunately, we were able to get a small van. We were about 90 minutes late. Had to wait in line regardless. Plan for thus.

i was here to do my fingerprinting and they did the perfect job. The customer service is excellent. This place has many services to offer. Notary, fingerprinting, passport photos, dmv services, fedex, usps, gift items etc. I am planning to open a mailbox! I would highly recommend this place.
