Terrible experience here. I bought a jacket that was over $2k. Alexander McQueen. I wore it ONCE. It was not the right color, and we had to wear logo colors, so I tried to return it. After ONE wear, the jacket apparently had sweat stain DAMAGE (cheap material?) and part of the button color had come off! Really? $2k? What WASTE. The worst part? Of course, NON-RETURNABLE due to this damage after just ONE wear. Don't EVERY buy Alexander Mc Queen and I will NEVER shop Neiman Marcus again.Tip for consumers:If you are willing to spend $2k on a fabulous jacket for work trade shows, it had better be stellar quality and you need to be able to use and rely on it for more than ONE use! If ti's not up to par we need a FULL REFUND not to be told that because the quality sucks we can't return it.Products used:Just kept a couple of jackets that were of much better quality and had a discount applied. The Alexander McQueen people were so rude and ridiculous I just can't go back in the store ever.

I love Neiman Marcus and have always been a loyal customer. However the staff at the Chanel Make-Up counter are so rude and condescending that I might never go back. The "make-up artist" was the absolutely worst along with the sale manager behind the Chanel Counter. I had to bring back a Chanel eyeliner because they sold me the wrong color, and they were beyond rude in front of other customers and refused to give me a box for the new one or a sharpener. The other women who were waiting at the Chanel make-up counter were equally horrified by the Chanel make-up staff and made comments about their horrible customer service. Truly out of this world rude. Do not buy Chanel make-up from Neiman Marcus - go next door to Bloomingdales or Nordstrom where they treat customers well.

Customer service can't get any worse than this.Shopped at men's department on 7/29/2023, overall pleasant experience. Problem happened when I asked about an availability of one T-shirt. They didn't have it on hand but they said they can ship it to me so I paid for the item and ordered for shipment. Few days later I didn't get any update for shipment so I called, they said it will ship with in 24-48 hours. 2 days later, I called with no update, and they said the order has been cancelled because it went out if stock. I didn't get any notification of that before I called, but I said okay and asked for a refund. They said only the department I placed an order with can process the refund, they redirected me to them, no one answered, so they said someone will call me back. I called literally everyday since because no one would give me a return call, and each time I call they say the same thing. Someone will call you back. Today is 8/14, they told me the order has been cancelled on 8/4. Since then, I've been calling everyday just to get a refund for an item that has been cancelled. I never had to call multiple times begging for a refund. In-store shopping experience has been good, but they need to fix this ridiculous order/refund system.

I have been a Neiman's customer for decades with such superior merchandise and customer service provided always. I was recently invited to an Amouage event .I was very shocked by a rude and very unprofessionally dressed with an open cleavage employee named maybe Robi not sure. . She showed me Amouage's perfumes while she was using street slang and offensive language that was making me very uncomfortable while I also heard her and another employee bad mouthing someone named (Mona) I just couldn't wait to get out of there she was pushy I just felt so awkward. That was not what I expected from Neiman's. I will be shopping in Beverly Hills from now on for my fragrances not to be in that kind of environment

My wife had a terrible experience here. She decided to buy 2 dresses for a charity event to see which one she liked most. She tried both of them on at home and came back to the store to return one of them. And the lady was giving her a hard time but saying that she already wore it. And obviously my wife did not wear it and she was appalled that she would be accused of such a thing. The salesperson was rude but she finally took it back. My wife came home humiliated. Never coming back.

The nearly bald older gentleman in Men's Clothing is in my top 3 list of worst customer service individuals I have ever dealt with in my life. Your manager will certainly be hearing about the disrespectful way you talk to customers.

This review is for the young man behind the Nishane/Tiziana Terenzi men's fragrances counter. I was caught off guard. It was jarring when I was purposely told patently incorrect details about the items like how Leonardo da Vinci happened to invent the fragrances centuries ago. The young man with curly locks and gorgeous eyes has no shortage of energy but should direct it in a more constructive way. Intentionally sassing potential customers and patronizingly repeating my name mid-conversation a couple of times. I was dismissingly sent off commenting that "I had a lot of research to do". Perhaps there was a misunderstanding but I believe all patrons should be treated with respect.

Whoops forgot to update! Ryan (manager) and Ian (Personal Shopper) finally got me to my pair of Pradas. A little hiccup on the way, as the warehouse sent the wrong pair. But I am in my shoes, and still so satisfied with the customer service both gave to me along the way!

This review is just based on the great customer service I received from Pamela, I was having a hard time getting my curbside order complete for the birthday I was going to, was super frustrated at the situation and when Pamela answered the phone she said she would get it handled and have it ready in the next 10 mins, talk about amazing customer service !
