I completely enjoyed working with Andy. He both sold my house and found me a new home here in Orange County. There were often complicating factors on my end, and Andy was patient and had a good sense of humor about all the ups and downs I was going through. I can't say enough good things about his timeliness, professionalism, knowledge, honesty and consistent positive good attitude. I really enjoyed working with him. I first chose him to sell my house, and after the house sold and as we worked together, I felt he really understood what I was wanting to move into. Sure enough, he found me a place that really works for me. He has great resources such as handyman, mortgage bankers, escrow, contractors, and the like. Whenever something needed to get done, Andy was able to pick up the phone and get someone to make it happen. I really appreciated that aspect of working with him. I felt so supported throughout the entire process.
