Busy store but great experience. Everyone was super busy but also helpful when asked. I was able to get what I want over a lunch break and get out of there in less then 20 min. Would definitely do business again

I have had two very good experiences with this company. I purchased a designer bag, it arrived quickly and it was better than described. The second item I purchased was a non-refundable bag, but the clasp didn't remain closed. I called customer service and I was refunded without an issue. I will buy from them again.

I did not experience any of the issues some of the other reviews had. I was there to buy only (not consign) and staff were helpful and pleasant.I will say the online shopping experience is a mess. I will only buy instore.
