1) Make an appointment. I worked with Gabriella who was super helpful. They will check your temperature and screen you for covid symptoms. 2) Nice showroom! You can try out all of the Steelcase office chairs and check out the upholstery options. Steelcase's Original manufacturer's 12-year warranty applies and Tanagram handles any/all warranty issues. 3) If ordering a chair during covid, it may take about 4-6 weeks to get from the time the order. Meaning the "quick ship" items are no longer in stock (at least not right now). If you cannot wait that long and need a chair much sooner, then you may have a better chance with amazon or other 3rd party sellers that have it in stock. Or an office furniture liquidator (if you don't mind used chairs) 4) If you work for a big corporate company, then ask if there is a discount. My employer uses Tanagram to furnish our offices so I was able to get 20% off retail. 5) My only (minor) complaint (hence 4 stars, not 5) is that you can't just simply pay online like you would if you ordered a Herman Miller chair from DWR. You have to fill out an order form for your credit card, sign and date, and scan it in or drop it off to the showroom (unless you happen to purchase on the spot).

Been coming over here several times and must say that I am truly impressed with both the quality of their furniture and the staff. They have the most comfortable office chairs you can imagine!

The showroom is nice. Employees are busy working on sales/design projects and seem very professional. Unfortunately, after a couple in-person visits and several emails over a month for a purchase, I had to wait longer and longer (weeks) for a response from the sales staff.
