Our office is adding new desks to multiple locations and Systems Source came out to evaluate our needs. After taking measurements and photos they left. Weeks of pestering them for pricing led to them finally telling us we needed to fill out a new customer form to get pricing. We filled it out and sent it back immediately. The following day we were told they wouldn't be providing us pricing as the specifications and scope weren't in line with what Systems Source can provide. Highly DO NOT recommend.

caveat emptor! Bait and switch shenanigans w/this company for 10 months - to no avail in the end. They may be great on the front end when you make the initial $$$ purchase, but can't get it together for routine maintenance/replacement tasks. The installation teams are literally hit/miss. Most places bend over backwards to make things right for their client when a mistake occurs - not this group!
