Love this dealership. Super nice staff and very professional. Tina help us with our purchase. Would buy again. Made our drive pleasant coming from San Diego to Newport Beach. There about a dozen other BMW dealership coming up from San Diego. If anyone wants great service and good people, come to Sterling BMW.

Tina is a special person, very lucky to have bought a car from her. Very professional and answered all my needs. Took her time and very detail oriented.would be back again to buy another very soon. Overall the staff here include Andrew in the finance and the gentleman John was very nice. Felt very comfortable. Much kudos to Sterling BMW.

Terry Zwarka at Sterling BMW is an awesome car sales person and the best I’ve ever dealt with. He gave me a deal, he was honest and fast responder through the whole process. I leased my 3rd BMW from this place and I highly recommend this place. Ask for Terry! Good luck!

We purchased an X5 from Sterling and less than 20k miles on the vehicle it starting leaking oil and transmission fluid. After 4 visits the problem seems to have been resolved, however we are concerned at the long term health of the vehicle considering it is having issues so early. The vehicle has also been damaged on 2 separate occasions requiring color sanding and a trip to the body shop. Customer service reached out regarding our visits but never responded after I voiced my displeasure. I moved my complaints up to BMW corporate NA and they deemed the vehicle did not meet lemon laws. I had other requests to address such as possible vehicle buy back, or offering an extended warranty on the vehicle. Once again, I did not receive any response from customer service or the claims individual assigned to my case. Crickets!

Just checked out their Bimmers & Bagels event. I showed up a tad late but the event was awesome and I def hope to show up to their next one on time! The staff members were all very friendly and welcoming & the event was very organized. Def appreciate the work!

I called Sterling to check if they had windshield wiper blades and I spoke with Gator. He was very polite and helpful. When I arrived to pick up these items they were ready more me at checkout. Gator is a great associate! He is professional and extremely personable. This was the first time I visited Sterling and it is because of Gator that I will continue to them my business. Thanks, Gator!

OMG ! Absolutely love this place ! Best place to do anything & everything for bmw . Definitely recommend coming here over any other bmw dealership. Gator attended me and if you get the privilege to be attended by him , trust me you got the hookup he definitely needs a raise . An overachiever to the max ! 5/18/21 around 2:30-3pm. Came to get my car serviced.. called ahead of time and my car still wasn't ready. Walked into the "cashier" room to find two girls just staring at me as if they have never seen a girl before or a couple before... I felt like they didn't even want to help. I had to say my name to get a word out of them. Not to mention they weren't wearing mask? If your handing customers paper work and having contact with people especially still during COVID even if there is a clear acrylic glass there still is a thing called caring for other people's health during this time. Honestly overall rude customer service not sure if this was there first job at a dealership or just customer service in general but definitely some customer service training needs to be advised. Coming from a person who is in customers service & the medical field. Also as of the "paper work" she had me sign, she didn't explain what I was signing I had to read it myself. Which is fine but don't just hand CUSTOMERS paper work and not explain what's in front of their face. Sorry for the review but honestly step up the customer service or hire people who want to work for the job description.

Four days ago I had a great experience with this dealership. Very surprised to read some of the negative reviews. Bently Chung took care of us. He was instrumental in our leasing the car the same day. We were just browsing because we planned on turning in a Jaguar June 1st. Too many years with them and we decided tome on to a better vehicle. We wanted an SUV and we knew what we didn't want and did not see anything that really caught our eye color wise.Did not want another black car..while pretty they need a lot of care. I advised Bently we would be back the end of May from Los Angeles and would stop by. He was totally cool and understood and we exchange mobile numbers and that was it. Then right when they were getting ready to close he called to say that the SUV I liked online had just arrived...3 miles on it.He said I had to see it ASAP..bottom line we went there fist thing in the morning. It was gorgeous. Needed testing and a couple of hours later we were out the door. I'm talking quick and to the point. I'm a bit nervous to park it since it's fairly large but it is a great ride. Better than the Jaguar Sedan. So glad Bently approached us that day. Nicest man ever. He is the fleet manager so you are in good hands. I found everybody we dealt with to be quite nice. Oh and yes..I got a black car AGAIN..interior was too beautiful to pass up.

Sterling BMW is the best! They serviced my X-5, send me a video describing the wear on my tires, replaced the tires, did the alignment and balancing, replaced the worn brake pads, fixed my cruise control and put new batteries in our remote keys. We were given an X-3 loaner while the work was being done and they returned my X-5 cleaned and washed. I didn’t have to leave my car when I took it in either. Great job all around.! THANKS

Probably the best BMW dealership I’ve used. From the very beginning the people that work there made the process of leasing a new BMW extraordinarily easy. I dealt with Justin D, Alex S in Finance, Anthony the GM, and Michael the Young Man who delivered the car and walked me through it.Their professionalism honesty and responsiveness was second to none. I’ve always loved BMWs because they were so well engineered and so user-friendly, and I was referred to this dealership through a friend of mine. They made me feel like a valued customer that they have known for many years even though this was my first transaction with them. All I can say is, I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to them.
