My wife and I just bought a 2021 certified BMW from Sterling BMW and we absolutely love our new to us X5.
The car buying experience was great. Laith Hweidi is a great, personable and knowledgeable salesman. Alex Shekarchi treated us very well in finance. So many times, the finance people want to do all these add ons, are extremely pushy, but Alex was not like this at all. I even got to meet Joe Ehlert, the General Sales Manager, who personally took us on a test drive to show us how well the X5 handled a bumpy road. I did not have an appointment on my second visit with my wife and Joe did not want us to wait around since Laith was busy. Where can you find service like this? I have never been to a dealership where I got this kind of attention. Two of my friends have bought BMWs from Sterling BMW and have praised them for their services. And now I know why. After our purchase, their BMW genius, Abraham, showed us the features of the X5 and asked us to come back if we had any questions at all. Speaking of after care, their BDC manager, Daniel Liu, also contacted us to ensure that if we had any questions at all, that we could come back and get them answered. This was absolutely the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had in our 37 years of marriage.

Really bad service if you’re young and trying to get a car they really judge of of appearance like if we aren’t making more $ then they are by selling US cars

Horrible experience. Was set to purchace a car but the sales representative forced me to show my banking for proof of funds outside on the lot in which I did because I really wanted this spec of a car. So unprofessional; I have never felt more disprespected and violated in my life. Even after showing the sales representative they further proceeded to call me a fraud. Ill-mannered losers. If you want to be treated well do not do business here.

My friend and I went her to buy a bmw m4 com and the sales woman was very disrictpicfull saying that i dont have the money to buy the car i had 150k in cash and she said its all fake money so i showed her my chase account and she said thats not my money

This is the best overall dealer experience I’ve had. Cindy in servicing has ALWAYS been AMAZING and went above and beyond. Jose with loaners is AMAZING as well. He has always come through on his word, been fast and quick. Really impressive service department, they were always quick on time and I never had to bring my car back for additional work. Just wanted to take a second to shout these two stars out.
