I wish to apologize to the Barista that took my order today. Had I known you were in a foul mood and had other pressing problems on your mind...I would of not bothered you. I realize ordering a Pike coffee when you had none made was a mistake and I should have checked with you before I did so....and my inability to know what breakfast you had on hand was another problem I caused you. Your mention of the lateness of my arrival..1030am was understandable. I will refrain from bothering you and this facility unless I can. Arrive at a reasonable time

Unhappy employees that have no sense of urgency when the lines are long. Wife's drink was incorrectly done and took another 10 mins to get it corrected.

So disappointing that the woman at the register, Vicki, this morning at 7 AM was given my reusable cup only to take a paper cup to mark my drink on it and put it inside my reusable cup to pass off to the coffee maker. Clearly if Starbucks can't supply stickers for my cup to help save the earth or train their staff to properly use the paper sleeves to go over the cup to identify what's in the drink, they're just trying to make money on these "reusable" lplastic cups. I travel all over the United States and the world with my reusable cups because I'm very passionate about saving the earth and this is such a disappointment from such a big corporation to not ensure that this doesn't happen to the faithful customers with your reusable cup. If you come here please make sure they are being responsible. Fabiola Who was making my coffee said she would reuse the cup and that really made it just that much better for me as simple as that seems to be or perhaps silly. She was excellent. I think she should be at the register with the clients because she's way more personable. The other woman, Vicki, was extremely irritated that I even brought this to her attention and made me feel like I was stupid caring about the earth.

I hope I'm posting the review for the right one.. within Marriot. I've been there 3 times now, with my orders being filled most unsatisfactorily. A few examples: The girl at the register can barely speak English. Half the time I didn't know what she was saying. Today, I had 2 cappuccino orders amongst the total 7 orders of various drinks... the machine was acting funny. Instead of coming clean, the young boy (intern maybe) tried fidgeting with it, then gave me a cup full of a froth and air!!! Just the audacity! Then the other girl relieved him and finally made 2 so-so cups of cappuccino. By the time they hand you your coffee.. it's cold! Very slow service, even with no crowds... I think the staff is not well trained. And the biggest disappointment... I wanted to buy the eclairs and the server said that they weren't filled. I assumed they'd fill them as they might be freshly baked. But she first said they didn't have filling there.. then backtracked end said that they don't fill them here and sell them like they are. I mean, hello! How can they even be classified as eclairs with no filling????? They also had very limited eatables display.

around 9am 3/23/18 lady cashiers serivce was good, and eggs and cheese box is good for the brackfast it is taste and clean and poteins.
