Purchased a $300 hoodie jogger two piece outfit and it started pilling after wearing it only twice. They refused to give us money back and said it was normal to have fuzz balls all over the outfit because the fabric was soft. Bad quality. Bad service. Bad company.

I had a really great shopping experience here with attentive, helpful customer service. I had to sort through a lot of unflattering stuff I didn't like but I did end up finding some decent clothes made of really soft, comfortable material. I would shop here again for sure, particularly when they're having sales or promotions.
