I love R&G. Even though it's pricy, I get it's a luxury brand. I love the aesthetics and everything about R&G's brand. The last time I came here I had a poor customer service experience. I'm Polynesian and it's a NZ brand so I was hoping to find clothes my size XXL. The guy was pretty rude and made a comment about my weight (Polynesians are just naturally bigger people). So I won't be coming back, but i do love the brand

I called the store to confirm both items I was looking for were in stock in my size. Upon arriving at the store the associates were unfamiliar with the items/names. I pulled them up on my phone to show them what I was looking for and they said they hadn't had them for "months". A wasted drive from Pasadena to deal with people who seemed like the couldn't be bothered to help.

Customer service non existent. I had to approach members of the team. The store was small with boring layout. Leather goods aren't that great for the price they command.

A beautifully designed store full of natural fabrics and classic designs. Love their merino wool sweaters and long-lasting luggage. Well worth a visit.
