I was on the search for new shorts for the beach and pool, came into Rhone to solve my issue. Turns out I came to the right place.I tried on a few different pairs of shorts and ended up buying one, but this review really isn't about the product.It's all about the service, and the guy who helped me out. His name is Mace. His service was both friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me hone in on the right product and made some useful recommendations as well as the right amount of chit chat.So pleased he was there to help me out. In a world of bad retail experiences, this was the opposite.

Saw a bad review and wanted to share mine. Associates in store have always been helpful, showed new product but also not over the top sales focused. I’ve always left with at least one new piece of clothing without feeling pressured. I actually prefer stopping in the store vs online with the folks that have helped me! Had a return once for size, no issues to do an exchange.

Purchases pique polo - have become a fan of the brand and service when I'm on the consumer end; when returning for quality issue left holding the bag sort of speak. Vuori is the brand that stands behind their product / service and quality on all ends of the consumer experience. My allegiance for athletic wear to Vuori!!

Love this store and clothing! Great service. Purchased workout and work clothes and the quality and style is incredible. New favorite brand.

Very poor customer service. Horrible shopping experience. Paid cash, returned part of my order a few days later, return was a gift card, even though all items were new with tags attached. Items were NOT sale merchandise either, but full price. Horrible customer service.

RHONE AT Fashion Island IN NEWPORT BEACH = WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVERPRODUCT = 0 OUT OF 10CUSTOMER SERVICE = 0 OUT OF 10SALES CLERK = very apologetic and professional (only good thing I can say)On Jan. 22, 2022 I visited the Newport Beach Rhone store. No prior experience with the brand. I purchased three items. Went home and tried it on. Found the pants poorly proportioned waist/seat/thigh ratios. I decided to keep one pair and return the other two. Rhone NB retail does not provide you a receipt at time of purchase, but only an email. Emailed receipt does not include any return policy info, so I looked on website, which stated 45 days/original condition/tags attached would get you refund of original form of payment. Today store associate stated only refund was a gift card since I paid cash. I showed him that his refund policy plaque (see attached picture) does not say this. I showed him that website “refund policy” language (see attached pictures) does not say cash purchases can only be refunded for gift card. He acknowledged the omissions and lack of transparency. Never the less, no refund. Only a gift card for merchandise that is ill-fitting. Never had such a poor retail experience in my life.

Men's athleisure, it's pretty tough competition given vuori is a couple stores down with more foot traffic but there are more colors offered by Rhone. I also think there's better quality here and some may think is a bit overpriced but fwiw, not all items are made in China... Clean and spacious. Sales ready on hand to offer help or find your size. Dressing rooms in the back, and also a cute mini fridge with water or caffeinated beverages. There's also a sale section in the back which offers reasonable reductions (not 10%).
