Several days ago I got help from Stephanie Yang at Fashion Island, Restoration Hardware, and she navigated me through the cancellation of a vanity I had ordered in the wrong color. Then, she graciously and patiently showed me options and helped me choose a new vanity with a travertine top that I love. She explained that the vanity top came with a sink so I would not have to purchase one separately. I’m not a designer; I’m just a customer who needed some direction and she was so pleasant as she helped me! The employees at Restoration Hardware are always knowledgeable and helpful in a way that is not expected anymore. They go beyond!!I’m a fan of RH forever. The service and attention to detail at Restoration Hardware continues to amaze me. I have purchased three bedroom sets and 2 sets of dining room chairs. I am always pleased with the purchase and delivery.

Go to the RH in mission Viejo. Their workers are so much better, nicer, and overall knowledgeable. We decorated our whole house, lower and upper floors. All the rooms and bathrooms look beautiful! At first we went to the RH at fashion island but communicated with a grumpy, hostile worker. I didn't catch her name; she's a white middle aged lady, overweight, curly light colored hair. Do not work with her. I'll have to update with her name. Literally anyone else would have been better than her.

No was very helpful. She helped me pick out my dining chair cover replacement. I have been ordering many furnitures from the specific RH new sue their staff is super friendly and nice. I definitely recommend this place.

Today the girl who answered the phone was put out by having to explain the process of returning!! Really! She sighed like a teenager. I was shocked....of course I called her on it, not letting that slip by, and she said that she didn't know she did it. What? Anyway, I told her I'd call another store. What a b*****

Hubby and I stopped by this location for some inspiration. Love the decor here. Definitely pricey but quality items. The staff is nice and very pet friendly. Our little pug had a great time here checking out furniture.

My husband and I walked into the store and found what I thought was the perfect chair for our house. The sales person asked us if we had any questions. When I told him I liked the chair on display and asked him for the information on the chair, fabric color, wood finish and cost since the chair did not have a tag. He offered a fabric sample and when I told him I didn't think it was the same fabric color, he just said it was a different dye lot. When I got home, I looked it up on the internet and found out he was wrong on all three questions: price, fabric color and wood color. I would think the sales team would be more informed of their product, especially one that was on the floor.

My review isn't solely based on this location, but on the company and distributors as a whole. Purchasing from here is a treat to one self, I mean come on. $10,000+ for some couches isn't an everyday purchase. Regardless I treated myself for my birthday and was very excited. Upon delivery, (the first time) whether it be a miscommunication when ordering (in person) or a shippers mistake, the wrong items were sent to me. So they weren't at my house for the house warming I had and my birthday which I bought them for, but cool. Someone from their shipping company called me personally to fix the issue and maybe 2 weeks later my correct order was delivered. In total a month or more. Because of the problems and them wanting to fix them they had a representative from RH to come during delivery and made sure everything was satisfactory. Now months later, I washed my white sheets for the first time and made the mistake of drying them. So it ruined the look and design of my couches (my fault) BUT here's the problem. Since delivery my OCD noticed a problem. No matter how the couches are aligned, they don't fit symmetrically. One piece HAS to be bigger than the other. No questions asked. I've taken apart and reassembled 100 times to no avail. So I reached out to said representative who at the time was attentive in responding and wanting to fix the issue and promised someone would be over to look and assess the issue. Well days turned into weeks and I got ghosted. No response, no nothing. Them just hoping I shut up and the problem goes away. The couches, I love. Amazing. Cool. If I could go back, def not white, but cool. But the "care" from a company that you're shelling out your hard earned dollars for... ehhhhh. I can go into much greater deeper as to why the communication was bad and the treatment but I don't like to bad mouth companies and employees who do what they do for a living. Just writing this to let the company, and shipping distributors know that when they promise something but completely neglect the customers need after money is spent... it's felt. And isn't nice. If you like these kind of couches. Buy. If you can find for cheaper, DO THAT. And if you can find from somewhere else, DO. ANYWAYS, life's too short. Have a good day.

Best store for your home if you like stylish beautiful linens, furniture, accessories. The moving men are top of the line. If something does not fit, it can be returned with no problem. If you are buying, it is worth being a member.
