Hours: Scott Ramser founded Ramser Development Company in 1986 with his grandfather, Harold Ramser. Together they built industrial buildings in downtown Los Angeles, Vernon, Commerce and Carson. In the 1990’s Scott purchased assets from the RTC in San Clemente and Northern California consisting of industrial, retail, single family and high end residential lots. Today Scott works with his daughter Ally Young and father Phil Ramser in Orange County and they focus on commercial real estate with an emphasis in self-storage and RV & Boat storage facilities. RDC is a privately held multi-generational business. The Ramser’s live in Newport Beach and enjoy spending time with family and on the water sailing out of the Newport Harbor Yacht Club.
