I will never go to this Ralphs again! Another horrible experience with rude employee, and bad management. The digital sale items need an actual Ralphs card to be linked to. I've asked at this store 4 times and they have never been able to give me one! I shop busy hours. Always some excuse, tonight it was the manager was on dinner break. And, they're the only one's who can give out the cards. When I asked when the man ger would be back, "5 min or 1 hr?", she just shrugged and didn't care. NO more tries for this store.
