I've loved the Pure Salt aesthetic for awhile and ordered the Momeni rug—it was better than I had hoped for. I was worried it would be scratchy like so many natural fiber rugs, but it feels soft and luxurious. I also ordered a few throw blankets and they are the perfect weight. They were great communicators answering my questions before ordering and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered wall art on 8 November 2023, paid $700 and as of 12/21/2023 my order still has not been delivered. I have called several times and my calls have not been answered. I tried to contact them via their online bot and email to no avail. Do not use this company.

Writing a review that unfortunately mimics many other reviews that I wish I had seen before ordering counter stools. It has been 2+ months and after finally getting Pure Salt to admit that the chairs had been lost, it has taken more than a month for them to get me a new shipment confirmation. The communication is unacceptable, regardless of how small their team is or the supply chain issues they are claiming to have. Me and my designer have reached out multiple times and their response time is not only delayed, but comes with empty promises. If I do not get an update by end of day with a shipment confirmation or refund issued, I will be calling my credit card for fraud. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK and lesson learned to read reviews.

I ordered a piece almost a year ago and still have not received it. The customer service sucks you cannot speak to anyone and recently they have been closing stores and the number that was offered is completely shut off now I spent over $3600 and never received it.

Beautiful products! One of my lights came damaged and although they took awhile to respond to my request to have it fixed, they eventually were able to completely replace it and had great correspondence in doing so!

Similar to other recent reviews, we've had an extremely disappointing experience with Pure Salt. Several months ago, we purchased a cabinet from their online shop. It was a stretch for us, but were won over by the style of the piece. However, it's become a drawn-out nightmare.First, their customer service is among the worst I've ever experienced, particularly relative to other high-end furniture shops. Despite assurances that the item would ship this month, it has now been delayed until the fall. While I understand delays happen, it has been extremely difficult to get in touch with them throughout the process. Their listed phone number appears to be nonfunctional, and our emails either go unanswered or receive replies weeks later.Second, maybe the most concerning finding is their lack of transparency. Pure Salt stocks many high-end brands such as Four Hands, Ethnicraft, among others, but they regularly rename the items on their website, conveniently leaving out any mention of the original brand. This makes it more difficult for customers to compare prices across other sites, which are often lower.For example, we were drawn to a particular cabinet on their site. Upon identifying the actual brand and original name of the item through reverse image search, we found the exact same piece was about 20% cheaper at nearly every other retailer who stocked it. This is no small difference and suggests that they may intentionally overprice.Lastly, Pure Salt has a unique policy - "all sales final" - on most of their items. This is highly unusual for an online furniture store and is easy to miss if you're not cautious. If the item you purchase doesn't fit your space, or if it's backordered, you're out of luck.Given the reasons detailed above, I'd strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. To their credit, they have beautiful taste, and it's a great place to get ideas for your home. However, you should be spending your hard-earned money with retailers that value customer service, transparency, and fair pricing.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’ve followed Pure Salt on instagram for quite some time and had a question about obtaining one of their pieces. I reached out to the showroom and they were prompt, gracious, and extremely helpful. The piece arrived and is beautiful, I couldn’t be happier!

I DO NOT recommend Pure Salt! I purchased the Merle Bench in the Fall of 2022 and after repeated attempts to receive a delivery date for my piece, I continue to only receive automated responses that indicate I will be hearing from customer service within 3-5 business days. No one reaches back out. The bench was originally to arrive in December, was then pushed back to early March, then pushed back to early May and now I see on the web site that it is on back order until January 2024! This, I had to find out on my own. I understand delays but this is not acceptable. I wonder if the business is actually operational. The web site appears active but Google says it is Temporarily Closed. I purchase a lot of furniture and have never experienced such poor customer service or such total lack of accountability. I’m highly disappointed to say the least and will NOT be shopping here again. I plan on filing a formal consumer complaint.

I ordered the 4 Gable door console. Waited 6 months for arrival. At the end of 6 months I still could not speak to anyone by phone. I had also sent numerous emails inquiring to expected date of delivery. I receive the same email 3 times. It stated, thank you for your inquiry regarding your order someone will reach out to you in 3-5 business days. It never happened. No one responded.I finally,had Amex to withdrew the funds I paid them. All I ever wanted was a piece of furniture. There was trurely no customer service or promises I would ever receive my furniture. I'm writing so the buyer can beware and know what they will be dealing with.Service: Home staging

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS.Like so many, we were the victims of a fraud. Pure Salt sold me a piece that they did not possess and took thousands of dollars from my family. Emails have been responded to with form responses. No one picks up the phone and this business will deflect responsibility hoping you’ll go away.Legal action may be the only recourse. Save yourself the headache. Buy anywhere but here.

Ok, no surprise, but here goes another bad review for this place. As you can see from ALL the horrible reviews, they will just simply ignore you DESPITE taking your money AND not delivering the said goods. When they see a bad review, they will also just flat out lie and say someone will contact you or give you an email address to send your grievance- and of course nobody will contact you or respond back to that email you sent. Haha, and they have an excuse for that as well! It’s because they are a small team that is just busy. But they ALWAYS have time to be on Instagram everyday. They are on Instagram actively scamming people with pictures of expensive furniture they won’t deliver anyway.I would feel better literally losing this much money accidentally on the streets or even being pick pocketed.FYI I spent over 2K. And My emails, DMs, and phone calls have been all ignored. Luckily I see that most people had successful outcomes from disputing charges with their credit card company. I am also doing that. I just had to warn others before doing so.I can’t believe I’m saying this, but just go support Serena and lily, lulu and Georgia, or even freakin pottery barn. Daughter ordered a baby bed in November, received in January with no hardware. Has reached out several times to get hardware sent to no avail. Baby due in two weeks and still don't have the hardware for the bed.

This place is like Disneyland! I love all the designs and products that they sell. Everyone is always so helpful and when I email or ask a question online I get a quick response! I look forward to there daily social media posts, they are so well put together! My only wish is that I could buy everything that this company sells. If your looking to update your home then this is your place To go! You will not be disappointed.
