My Porsche Cayenne had a rare malfunction in that the starter button stopped working. Once it got dropped off at NB Porsche, my service advisor Ryan gave undivided attention to get the problem fixed. Throughout its duration in the shop, Ryan provided updates and kept me informed. He also went above and beyond to get me a loaner car for almost a week. Porsche Newport Beach is an elite organization where customer service is always prioritized and their reputation in getting things fixed is second to none. It’s always a pleasure to deal with Ryan and his associates!

I have had 2 service appointments at Porsche Newport Beach. The service staff is friendly and professional. Both times, I feel like they did just a little more for me than they had to. A good experience and I plan to continue to have my Porsche serviced there.

Temporary facilities tests everyone’s demeanor as the close quarter congestion is very difficult to work with for both Porsche reps and customers! In spite of that tension, the staff is open, friendly and supportive. Evening is looking forward to moving into the new facilities on PCH which hopefully will be “before the beginning of 2026?⁉️

Repairs were so poorly done that new parts came off after driving about 5 miles. Returned to the dealer next morning for fixes. Why wasn’t car test driven before being released to me?

I’ve been bringing my Macan here for the past year for service. Evan has been great to work with—very communicative and accommodating. I never have to follow up—they deliver as promised. I also appreciate the videos sent by the techs and the thorough explanations and updates I receive.

I purchased my Porsche at a different Porsche dealer, but I've been coming to this location for service (over three services so far). Every visit has always been seamless and easy. I've driven Mercedes and BMWs and Laura, my service advisor at Porsche NB, has been my favorite. She's knowledgeable and timely, and I recently asked her about experiences with the future models I was considering which she was happy to give me feedback. I also mentioned I was pregnant and upon pick up, she sent me off with a Porsche teddy bear for the baby; great personal touch.
