Terrible company. Terrible customer services. They claim we charged back their undelivered services. Yet we have used their company several times. They have issue with their billing system and will claim you owe money for chargebacks for services not tendered and or previously paid for... then they refuse to service you or speak to you. Do yourself a. Favor and purchase boxes from Home Depot.

It was my first time renting boxes for moving. I'm so happy that I have decided to do so. The service was great, time-saving, and no guilty feelings as it is eco friendly:) I'll use the piggy boxes next time!! Super recommended :)

I highly recommending renting eco-friendly reusable storage boxes from Piggy Boxes! Buying cardboard boxes is a waste and getting them used is just asking for a cockroach infestation in your new home. What’s more, renting boxes keeps the packing and unpacking process focused — figure a week and a half to pack your stuff and a week and a half to unpack your stuff…your move is done on three weeks!The Piggy Bixes staff is professional, communicative and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve used these boxes twice now for moves and they’re so excellent. Inexpensive and convenient, way better than wasting time trying to find boxes or buying them when you won’t use them again. And you don’t need to use tape. You can pack them so they’re super heavy because they’re strong, and they stack perfectly. Our movers are always happy to see them, they make things way easier. I recommend to anyone I know who’s moving.

Great service, so much easier than cardboard boxes. I could stack a lot of boxes together and not worry about breaking the boxes. They showed up on time and was very easy to work with. The cost was very reasonable and I like the idea of not throwing away boxes after the move. Highly recommend.

Piggy Boxes are a great alternative to moving with cardboard boxes. Not only are they convenient and environmentally friendly, they are sturdy and I felt my items were more protected in them. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone who is moving.They were responsive to all inquiries, and the pick up and delivery was effortless. Definitely worth the money!

So convenient! Clean boxes delivered within the 30 min time window; pick-up the same on timeliness. Regular pink boxes are a convenient size to pack and then lift; largest boxes have to be maneuvered through doorways, but great size for big things. Overall, made moving so much easier.

Piggy Boxes make moving SO much easier, faster to pack, no building or breaking down boxes, great to stack and store out of the way. Piggy boxes was such a great experience. I especially loved all the women I interacted with. From ordering through the phone, to the ladies who helped drop-off and pickup the boxes. It was an overall great experience! I would definitely use them again.
