They are very quick to get your credit card before explaining their rules. I tried to cancel immediately but was told I must call a corporate number, I visited the location multiple times and left several messages. I ended up getting charged a ridiculous amount for the single 6 minute session along with cancellation charges. This all happened in less than 20 hours of giving them my credit card.Service: Tanning

Canceled my account 3 months ago. I moved away and they continue to charge my card. I called customer service and they stated if I don’t actually have the piece of paper the cancellation was on they will continue to charge my card. Don’t advise using this place if you want to use themFor a membership. Not easy to get out of!!!

Not happy rude. When you walk in an they yell trouble with your credit card in front of everyone when you paid them in cash ,who needs that!billing is always a mess ,the help is horrible!

You sign a waiver when you join, then they don't allow you to tan for their maximum of 12 minutes. They make you do 8 then 10, then finally 12 minutes. Their bulbs aren't even that good. I've never seen anything like it, you join a tanning salon for $58 a month and can't even get tanned. Palm Beach is running a profitable SCAM.

Signed up for a membership with Alex and she was SO sweet and SO helpful! I had so many questions and she was so patient and walked me through everything. She was the only associate there so she was multi-tasking and really impressed me. I hope she's there every time I tan!Service: Tanning

I stopped by and met Ianna Lilly, they were both awesome. They have a fantastic costumer service they took their time to ask my every question. I totally recommend them. Very friendly environment . Can't wait to try my first session.

Seriously what is up w Palm beach tan. We pay enough every month yet these guys can't update their website Yelp or google to reflect they are closed today let alone there ever changing hours. It's a tanning salon, there isn't much to do other than be accountable for their customers. About about to cancel my contract. It's one thing after another. Further, there is nothing on your voicemail that says it's closed all day.

There is a rockstar that works at this location by the name of Ro . I'm obsessed with the spray bronzer that unfortunately was discontinued. Ro could tell how sad I was ...... she literally called multiple locations to find one and even offered to drive and get it ! Palm beach tan - you have an exceptional employee and I hope this girl is appropriated because I'd hire her in a heartbeat. Thanks Ro!!!!!!!!!!

Used to be my fav tanning spot but as usual shady sneaky policies force me to find another spot .. do not put ur account on hold seriously whats 20 bucks resignup when ur gonna pay 80 bucks for membership .. i was told almost a year ago or more dont cancel ur membership just put it on hold tht back then was 7.50 a mnth that turned into 8.75 a mnth will turn into points or store credit ... im back and they frst wanted to charge me to reactivate im thinkin what hapened to all my at least 100 dollars wrth of hold well it went poof and i just want a session in a stand up bed tht literally costs 11 dollars anywere else i just paid 28 bucks not to mention she wanted to charge me 50 to resign up really ...was fun while it lasted ...
