Too pricy. Way cheaper options available in town. Cost over $13 per dress shirt to dry clean.

Most of my shirts got shrunk and discolored fast. Prices are high but they're also close so that's less of an issue. Management just needs to quality checks on the service they offer to the neighborhood

You should charge MORE for your laundered shirts (at least $6.75) I know they are a lot of work to process. Pass it on to your fellow drycleaners

They are nice, but really expensive. I have to limit how often I come through. The quality is good so far. No complaints, except for the cost.

They are a little pricey but I have never done business with a cleaners that does work as good as they do, I have been using them for over 6 years, I've tried a few other's to save a little money and all they did was disappoint and ruin a few of my items. These people are the best in the business

They did a great job on my dress which is super hard to clean because of the material. Over priced but great job! I highly recommend !!!

I'm at fault for not checking the reviews first but they were close to my house. I was a bit dumbfounded when i picked up 9 shirts and 1 dress, and the bill was over $100. I can drive a little further and save at least 50% if not more!!!

If I could give zero stars I would ! I brought an item in to be cleaned.A day later I was called and told that the item was faded, and asked if I still wanted it cleaned . I said yes and was told it would cost $65 less a 30% promotional discount. I came to pick up the item when the ticket said it would be ready. It was not ready. I asked for a further discount because of the delay .The person helping me said she would ask her manager.I returned the next day and was told that I would get an extra 10% off, but the price was $75 not $65 . The manager came out and was VERY rude and NASTY and told me that she didn't want to talk to me because I had already been given a discount

Went to drop off some cleaning since it's on my way to work and was in a rush, so I figured I give this place a try. I got their quote and was dumbfounded at their pricing. $12.95 for shirt and $16.50 for pants? Are you kidding me? I understand it's in Newport Coast, but the Starbucks right next door doesn't charge more for their coffee because they're in the same plaza. So, I found another dry cleaner by my office and they charge $1.95 for a shirt. And they have great reviews on yelp, too.

Avoid at all costs as they'll certainly clean out your wallet!!! Total scam going on with these cleaners. I dropped off 5 shirts and 1 pant for laundry service and I did ask for pricing before agreeing to services. Had to haggle for reasonable price on shirts of $4.50 for two of the shirts and $6.50 for the other three. They said the pants would be "a little bit more" and I was fine with that. I picked up the cloths today and the shirts were at the quoted/agreed prices but the pants were $16.50!!! I would never have agreed to pay $16.50 for laundering pants...and that is not just "a little bit more"!!! Total Rip Off!!! Will definitely go anywhere else besides these scam rip off artists...
