Jacob(newport jewelers) has been very unprofessional.He purchased diamond from us and now he is not ready to pay the amount for the stone. He has been unfaithful with our trust. Moreover he gave us fake address bank check and tried to play fraud. Please be careful.

I am sorry to report but my experience with Newport Jewelers was not a good one. I left jewelry for repair, and was told they would be ready later that afternoon or the following day--he would text me. Never received a text after 2 days, so I tried to call. Left 3 or 4 messages over 2 or 3 days and never received a call back. Tried to go to the store during open hours--never open. After 5 days finally received a text from Jacob. Went to the store and Jacob put the repaired bracelet on my wrist, and I've never been able to get it off even with the help of others. Again, left many messages that I need an appointment to have them remove the bracelet and fix the clasp--no return calls.

Jacob at Newport Jewelers is the best. Hands down one of the easiest watch purchases ever - 100% honest, best price and delivered on time. I could not have asked for a better jeweler to help me. Jacob is fantastic and now a friend. I highly highly recommend. Anyone who doesn’t give Jacob 5 stars is crazy - seriously the guy is awesome. Just go to his store to see what I mean. You will leave 100% confident whatever you need he can get at the best price. I don’t always trust reviews so seriously go meet him at his store and check it out. Grab a coffee with him at Susie Cakes next door and I promise you’ll understand why he should be getting 100 stars.

I came to Jacob at Newport Jewelers, I came in with 2 rings which belonged to my husband's grandmother and my mother. Jacob with his creative ideas was able to design a simple, clean, and classy ring that is now my wedding ring, that I wear everyday! Thank you Jacob and I will recommend all my friends to you!
