I recently visited this car wash, and the experience was disappointing due to the service from David, who checks the cars in. He was extremely impolite and overly pushy with upselling services. Instead of offering helpful suggestions, he came across as demanding and made the whole experience uncomfortable. The car wash itself is fine, but the poor customer service from David makes it hard to justify coming back. A more respectful and customer-friendly approach would greatly improve the overall experience.

So while at lunch someone stuck gum all over my one week old lucid air, I had just gotten the windows tinted with really expensive top end window tint... I took it to this carwash and told them I got the windows tinted yesterday and I need you to clean the gum off but please don't touch the windows.. the manager uses it as an excuse to up charge me 65 dollars for a wash... I am already offended but hey it's Newport right, and I wanted the gum which was in the wheels and all over the side off ... so I agree.. they take the car over to the detail area and immediately proceed to start spraying stuff on the windows... I go to the manager and by the time I find him, they have it in the interior and drying area and are spraying more stuff on the windows... they gave me a refund which was nice.. but I asked them to write me a note acknowledging that I asked them not to do anything to the windows, and what had happened.. so if anything with me 700 dollar tint job went wrong and the tint place doesn't cover it.. I would have that to acknowledge the situation.. then after admitting to me that it happened and giving me a refund.. they suddenly changed there story and said I didn't tell them about the windows, an accused me of trying to get a lifetime warranty... they also told me it was only water, but the liquid was blue like windex and I pointed that out to them.. they then refused to give me ownership information, and then got really upset and acted like I was doing something really terrible when I took a picture of the business license so I could raise my complaint to ownership.. Look my car might be fine, and probably is... but this is no way to handle a customer when potential damage to a very expensive vehicle occurs.. acknowledging the error and providing escalation path beyond sight management is not to much to ask, and to be accused of lying or manipulating situation instead of taking responsibility is horrifying... I post this because a lot of expensive cars go to this carwash and its important you understand is something goes wrong this is how you will be treated.. I have contacted the development company that owns them, and I am hoping they will acknowledge the situation .. I didn't even really want the refund.. just acknowledgment of the potential damage.

After 50 minutes waiting, I saw my car was in the parking lot, no one told me it’s ready. I went to check and couldn’t tell it’s done or not, stains still on the hood, sands on the seats. I asked, they said it’s done… they really did a poor job.

I have been to this car wash many times and unfortunately I feel like I have thrown my money away. I have been there because it’s convenient but today I paid $52 for a car wash and to shampoo one floor mat which I told them part of a milkshake had been spilled on. When I got my car, the mat had not been shampooed even though I paid separately for that and there was still milkshake all over my center console. I’m not sure what they did except drive my car through the car wash and dry it off, but the mats in the back were not Vacuumed and nothing was wiped down. This seems to be the norm here. I try not to complain and be respectful of people working service jobs especially since I own a business myself but $52 is a lot for a car wash to not get a clean car.

The worse car wash. They are a rip of and they charge you for stupid things just to get more money.

Writing a review because Raul is amazing . Clean fast and great car wash. Besides the wash being a car show with the amount of incredible cars , the team does a great job cleaning and making the cars look great. Shouting out Raul (black shirt) he always goes above and beyond and is the reason I come back.

I've been going here for years. Recently moved to Irvine and can't find a replacement that services cars with the care they do. They do a really good job detailing as well. Highly recommend
