Eddy Perez, from Move Masters is a joke! He is unprofessional, rude and an A**! He committed to a job to pack and move my stuff from point A to point B on 12/11/2023. Thru text messages we confirmed price, date and time. I also talked to him a couple of times and sent pictures of my stuff. On 12/9, 2 days before the move, I sent him a text just to confirm everything. He called me and said there must be a miscommunication on his part cuz he knew nothing!!!! Bottom line, he played stupid and said he didn’t want the job!! He recommended Costa Mesa Movers aka Move Central and thank god, I took him up on this suggestion, and they will be able to accomplish the move for me on my date of 12/11. Eddy Perez and Move Masters is not to be trusted with your valuables or anything else!!!!

These guys were great. Incredibly efficient, professional and fast. I mean seriously, they don’t mess around. It was like watching a well oiled machine. They moved my Mom into Crestavilla and they new the place and the process, making what could have been a stressful time, stress free. And they didn’t charge extra to work on a Sunday!

They have been a pleasure and very professional to deal with as a company. They immediately and expertly assisted me in moving from my old apartment to my new one. I had no clue what to anticipate, but the movers were really kind and put up with all of my inquiries about what would actually happen during the move. They arrived exactly on the scheduled time, fully equipped and well prepared, they quickly wrapped everything and moved into the truck. This crew was very polite, professional quick and did zero damages. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
