I have been to numerous jewelers in my life time. Michael Moses Jewelers is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of going to. Mike, (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable, honest, helpful and trustworthy. He is also very willing to share is valuable knowledge. What a pleasant experience it was to visit Michael Moses Jewelers! From my initial phone contact with Sam to my in person appointment with Mike, everyone made me feel worthwhile and respected. My questions were answered politely, mindfully, and comprehensively. In addition to that, I was properly schooled in the understanding of what GIA refers to and its importance for my diamond! : ) It was the most beneficial and productive hour spent in a long time! If what you're looking for is a jewelry shop that is professional, clean, and whose staff is personable-look no further and stop by here. I came earlier today to have a gemological identification done on a gem of mine. I was met with some extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Then, they sat me down in a private client room for the consultation where I was met with Michael. Michael, who is also the shop owner was extremely warm and welcoming to me. His expertise and knowledge about gems were as thorough as one can get In the field, and I was in and out painlessly, in under 45 minutes. The consultation was AAAA. From start to finish the entire experience was professional, thoughtful, and absolutely free of any condescension. Great staff, service, and entrepreneurship. Thank you for all of your help and will most definitely be returning to buy and to appraise.

This is the best experience ever shopping for jewelry! Me not knowing anything about jewelry, and just sharing ideas with Mike, he knew exactly what I needed! He’s upfront and honest and working with him. Feels like I’m working with my best friend … Whenever I have any questions or concerns he is always there to help me out. Wonderful place to buy jewelry, especially rings and watches. Great selection, very helpful staff, and Mike (the owner) really does take good care of you. I've been there off and on for a few years and have recommended several friends who were getting married and they all had a great experience. Every time I visit whoever is working is so welcoming and friendly to me. It's not stuffy like other jewelry shops and I don't feel like I'm just a wallet. I can walk in just to see what's new without any pressure, which makes me want to come by more often. Check them out. Highly recommend.

Mike and John were absolutely the BEST jewelers I've ever worked with. Mike's professionalism, creativity, generosity, and passion for his work was like nothing I've ever experienced. He texted me throughout the process of custom re-designing my wedding ring, was so diligent and hands-on throughout each step, and most of all, the final product is BREATHTAKING! He nailed it and after what I went through with my previous jeweler (total nightmare) it was such a relief to be able to trust that I was in the best hands in the business. Thank you so much Mike and team- I can't wait to come back for our next design project!!!! This is the THE place for fine jewelry in all of OC- hands down.

Let me start by saying that if there was a level below "novice" when it comes to jewelry, I might not have even be considered for that category when it came to shopping for an engagement ring. I was also extremely nervous about the process and worried I'd get ripped off or not be able to afford something I liked. A good friend recommended Michael and I'm so thankful he did. Not only did I come away with a beautiful ring that was a bigger size than I had expected and for less than I thought I'd have to spend on it, but I now also feel like I've gone up a few notches and am at least a "competent" diamond ring shopper. Not only that, my fiancée (and her friends) love it!! Thanks Michael. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for diamonds or any piece of jewelry. Just tell him I sent you ;)
