“I am a CRPS patient and when one of my pain management doctors recommended a spinal cord stimulator, another doctor was completely against it because of the low success rate and many possible complications. He then handed me a brochure about H-Wave and prescribed it for me as a trial. Within the first week my horrific ugly crying unimaginable pain was SIGNIFICANTLY reduced!! At week three I am sleeping through the night, on ZERO pain meds and even coming off the rest of my medications. The pain is 99% GONE. The swelling has also been greatly reduced. This machine has given me hope that I thought was lost. I was grieving a life that I thought I would never see again. The thought of never being able to run or enjoy any of the outdoor activities again crushed me completely. I’m a veteran firefighter and tough is my middle name, so I was ready to battle whatever was ahead of me. My injury occurred Sept 12, ‘21 and I can finally say I have hope again for a future. “I had injured my knee so the med facility said to wrap it until Dr appt. I jumped on google to find a supply store near my work and they were listed. I went to the website and found a large, 6 inch wide, ace bandage sold at their store. My leg is quite large so I needed a wide bandage. They closed at 6pm (all other shops close at 5pm) so i was able to get to them by 5:45pm. Robert the tech was more than happy to help me when i arrived and even took the time to show me some knee braces they sold. He didn't mind that it was near closing time. They even took FSA for payment. I will always choose them first for all my med supply needs. So friendly and helpful, thank you Robert. The bandage worked great and I'll be coming for another soon. “We got off to a rough start because of an inane Medicare stipulation. The first couple of people I talked to didn’t understand the issue nor was Medicare able to explain clearly. I finally got an agent at Byram who knew what was going on and how to fix it. Good save but it would have been better if the first agents had the info to fix it.”
