I called this Mclaren dealer yesterday morning to ask about a lease deal they advertised for a New Artura. I spoke to a man name Matthew and let me tell you how amazing professional knowledgeable he was. I was truly mind blown of how good he is. The level of customer service and knowledge Matt has it is truly unbelievable. The lease deal was real I applied online he made it easy, and 2 hours later I got approved and I drove there 3 hours later picked up the car and it was the best supercar buying experience I ever had.
In fact best experience in car buying I ever had period. I will definitely talk about this and recommend to all if you’re looking for Mclaren or other exotic cars like Lambo and on…

Exceptional service provided by Randy McCall. From the first interaction, updates on the order and delivery it was an amazing and smooth process. Very thorough with all the things i needed to learn about my needs car. He was able to tour me as well around the dealership. Always felt like family every time i reached out. This is absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. I have owned exotic cars for the past 20 years and never been treated this way. Three days ago I spoke with the salesman by the name of ABDEL about purchasing a McLaren GT. I have talked to this young man over the past 2 to months, and he was quite pleasant. However, the night that I talk to him, I told him that I would come the very next day and buy the car cash for $195,000..He knew very well that I was a doctor and I had rearrange my whole schedule to come because he told me that if I don’t make it by 4 o’clock he can not guarantee the car because he has to leave. As I drove to the dealership to buy the car I could not believe the text message that I got from him telling me that the car was sold to somebody else in the morning. This is after he sent me a DocuSign guaranteeing the car..I still am in shock by this dirty attitude of making arrangements with me and another buyer at the same time. He probably got a few more dollars from this other buyer. And then he had the audacity to tell me that I didn’t give him a deposit and he has the right to sell to whoever he wants. I will never go to Mclaren and the same day I went to Simpson Corvette dealership and I bought the Z06 corvette ..Mr. Nick Jones, who is the manager ,did not even have the courtesy to call me even though I asked for him. You have lost me for good Mr. ABDEL and Mr. Jones. Shame on you !!!…you are running a shady business. Whomever reads this “ DON’T EVER GO TO go Mclaren in Irvine , they are crooks !!!!!!!…

I would have given this place a 5 star, until guys walked into the show room and the dealer walked away. I was ready to pay $500k cash deal but I get it the guys who bought nothing were more enticing. I asked my broker to get one not from this dealer and he found one more rare than the one I was ready to buy. To the sales guy who only thinks guys buy guess what…commission lost better luck next time

if i could give 0 stars i would - dishonest to say the least - when i purchased my car it was like the best thing since sliced bread. oh we sell it all day long over sticker! but only a little over a year later it was like na we can offer you like 165. when i call them out on it wouldnt even answer back! wow what loyality! dude i paid like 230 for it - rip off !!! I went to j-star in anaheim ca love them!!

Jonah in the parts department is the guy you want to talk to. Whenever I'm working on an exotic and need parts, he's able to order the correct items on top of giving me guidance on how to properly install everything. It's the extra effort that shows he cares about my clients as much as his own that makes me want to keep ordering parts from this location. If you call these guys, make sure you ask for Jonah!

We stopped by to look at a new McLaren, but have never shopped McLaren before. I have a purchase from Ferrari Newport Beach, but wanted to check out a competing brand. We were greeted by Matthew when we entered the showroom, and I'm so glad he greeted us. Great guy and great car guy. You can tell he REALLY loves car, and I learned so much about McLaren while we were there, and he was kind enough to take us or a test drive. Wow! What a car. This will be my next car. The car is phenomenal, the current leasing program is extremely consumer-friendly, and Matthew is the guy that I want to work with. Working on some numbers for a trade, but everything has been great so far.

My Mclaren is at there place in Newport Beach I brought it in for a smog certificate George said it's $595.00 for a smog certificate 10 times more than a regular car the next week we called and he said it is $4000.00 we just bought the car from a dealership up north that bought it from Mclaren Newport Beach now I wanted to see if my car was done and George said he wanted $9500. Plus a $4000.00 Diagnostic fee and we called again and they want more money trying to get car out of this crooked dealership we never have signed anything I am going to try bbb next car held hostage I only approved a smog not everything Elise they think it needs it runs fine

We brought in the MC Laren to have the windshield replace, because I thought there's a crack. They said they replaced and charged us $5,200. I checked and the crack is still there. After all of that, they told us it was an antenna, not the crack. So why are you replacing it without a crack. What a ripoff? I wonder did they really replace it or not? Don’t a good Technician should check the windshield if for any crack before replacing it?

I purchased a beautiful 2020 McLaren 720s Spider from Randy McCall at McLaren Newport Beach and had the most amazing experience. I'm an out of state buyer and purchased the vehicle sight unseen. Randy and the team went above and beyond from filming a walkaround video , FedExing documents back and forth, to coordinating with my transport company for pickup. He answered all of my questions very quickly and even went in on his day off just to keep the transaction moving. Before shipment, he ran the car through service just to make sure it came to me perfect. They noticed the accumulators were going and replaced them no questions asked which was amazing! My car arrived as described and in perfect condition with a nice gift bag in the front trunk full of McLaren swag. I recommend McLaren Newport Beach and will be purchasing from Randy again!
