as of 6/19/2024 Maserati of Newport Beach is gone. It looks like they have gone out of business. I tried to take my car to the service center on Red Hill and they no longer can work on my car. The dealership on PCH is also gone. What a big shame! I can see why they've gone out of business, they were probably the most difficult dealership to work with, always questioning the "financial integrity" of the client by bombarding them with employment questions. These guys think its a privilege to be talking to them for any manner. If they do re-open look else where to service your car.

Thieves! Sold my vehicle over a week ago and refuse to pay me. I believe they are headed into bankruptcy or they could easily pay me the $300K =/- I am owed. Have owned numerous Maserati's and Ferrari's YET WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS. Absolutely worthless in customer service and communication, $10,000's more expensive than other similar dealers, and they will not pay you what is owed!

We are pleased and proud to recommend Maserati of Newport Beach with special kudos to Gary McCord our sale consultant. From offers of water and coffee to the introduction of Gary, upon entering the store, we immediately felt a team of associates working together for our benefit. Gary provided the time to test drive several models. He was knowledgeable, service oriented, and helped up select the best model meeting our needs. The entire process went smoothly with out Gary having to defer decisions to his manager. For those interested in a new or previously owned vehicle, we recommend starting the buying process at Maserati of Newport Beach.Maria and Harvey Hoyo

Came here to get my latest car with John. He had been speaking pricing with us and negotiation. Gave us the best deal and made the process super easy! Sent all the forms required and we were in and out in about 30 minutes! So happy with my new car! Thanks John!

The Maserati service department was phenomenal! Andrew Corona was so great to work with. He was super helpful, very knowledgeable & extremely thorough. Five Star service. Exactly how it should be.

I am writing this review for making a mistake and having a service at this location. It is a complete and outer nonsense and rip-off. Avoid it like a plague. I used to service my car at Maserati in the bay area. My Ghibli needed to have its breaks change - after 12000 miles. I asked Andrew the service person how much the cost will be and he told me that the front breaks will cost something like 1600. And they quoted me 1200 for service. I should have gotten the memo when they talked about the service cost, since in the bay area the same service did cost me 700 not 1200. They sent me an estimate of the work and they quoted me 2800 for changing the breaks and mounting the tires back! Really???? This is something that in other service places would cost me less than 1000!!!!! This is ridiculous. Do not make a mistake and go there - they are trying their best to rip you off.

This is a first-rate dealer. I was seeking a late model Maserati Quattroporte CPO (Certified Pre-Owned). I spoke with representative John Bohas over the phone from my desert residence. He is a gem! He said he had a perfect condition Quattroporte, CPO, I drove directly to the dealership. The car was PERFECT. Fully reconditioned and prepped. John gave transparent information throughout the whole process, and you can tell he REALLY CARES about his customers. This is NOT your "typical" car dealership. The facilities, the personnel, the managers, everyone involved in my transaction were first rate.5-Star. It was such a wonderful buying experience. Once the paperwork as done, John completely checked me out in the car for all operational features.I can highly recommend this dealership. I have posted photos of my white Quattroporte to this review. Bianco white with light beige interior.I did not have to "negotiate" on the price. They priced it exactly to current market - very fair. As soon as I saw the car, I said "I'll take it".They even threw in a bottle of touch-up paint, and Maserati tire valve stem caps! Nice touch! This should be your go-to dealer for new or used Maserati's or Ferrari's.

Love the car- service is lacking. GM does not reply to phone calls and they did not follow through with basic agreements. Plan to purchase another but will do so elsewhere because of this experience. Evident that they do not seek nor care about customer satisfaction.

I inquired about a deal another dealership was offering for one of my clients. I was put through to the General Manager, Bryan, who I explained the deal to. He said that he was able to work out a deal very similar to the numbers from the other dealership. He told my client to go in and test drive the vehicle which she did, but when they were talking numbers somehow the vehicle was going to have $10,000 MORE FOR A DOWN PAYMENT AND $600 MORE PER MONTH. Absolutely ridiculous, no one is paying $1600 a month for a Chrysler. Bryan and his little puppet Abe tried convincing my client that buying the vehicle would be cheaper than leasing. Since when has buying a brand new luxury car that is one of the fastest depreciating vehicles cheaper than a lease....???? Save your time and money and stay away from this dealership! For reference, I was working with Maserati of Fort Lauderdale which had many deals for $0 DOWN and $953 PER MONTH!! The deal Bryan offered my client was no where near what we were originally talking about.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Had a confirmed text appointment with Abe at 12 on 10/29. I had been asked to come in with my Porsche as a possible trade either way I was going to make an offer and he knew it because I was in the dealership the week before and spoke and text several times during the week. I drive in and he says he’ll be right with me never came back had his manager Christian try to give me a song about how they sold the car to someone else. Then Christian began with more BS about what was I going to offer after they sold the car and also proceeded to ask what I did for a living. The communication and total deceitful action makes r feel if they do this to me they do it to allot customers. I would think twice about using this dealership. I will be reviewing on all sites thank you Mike Fox Yorba Linda California

I inquired about a 2001 Jaguar that they're trying to sell for almost $60k!!! You read that right, a 2001 Jaguar. KBB values it at $10k. Salesman Abraham argued that it's a classic car with low mileage so they don't go by KBB pricing. 1) It doesn't qualify as a classic car because classic cars have to be 25 years or older. 2) The entire country goes by KBB pricing regardless if your dealer does or not. Sorry Abraham, your pricing is WAY off. Abraham just brushed me off like the typical unnecessarily cocky used car salesman. Btw... That car brand new back in 2001 was just over $60k... So by their standards the car hasn't depreciated in over 20 years.

Typical used car salesmen antics. Bought a new Maserati Trofeo from this dealer. MSRP approx 155K. A year later Maserati Newport offered 95K on trade to purchase another new Maserati at MSRP. Kelly blue book currently states trade-in value as 112K and fair purchase price as 136k. If you'd like to be low-balled, this is your spot. If you are looking to purchase a Maserati, go elsewhere. The used car salesmen double-talk is laughable.
