Marshall Reddick Real Estate deserves 5 stars for their outstanding service, particularly through their exceptional realtor, Cameron Carlson and Angela Carlson-Davis. They both exceeded all our expectations with his professionalism and responsiveness throughout the entire process. He coordinated fast and affordable vendors to add value to our property and recommended a lender that made our out-of-state purchase seamless. Remarkably, he got our house under contract in just a week and sold it above the asking price. Working with Cameron was incredibly easy, making the entire experience stress-free and successful. Allison is extremely knowledgeable. She quickly responds to any questions or issues that I might have.
Kaitlyn is an absolute expert when it comes to repairs, building maintenance and inspections. She's a true professional. She always has a remedy for any repair related issues that arise.

Horrible service. Renters should not have the same level of expectation to fix household problems as an owner. Maintenance coordinator (Spathos, Newport Beach location) is risk adverse. He didnt want to contact the owner to inquire whether there was light timer on garage (light would not go out). I was advised to get tools to see if I could fix problems such as garbage disposal first.

Had the worst experience working with marshall reddick real estate! I applied to a house a couple of weeks ago, they told me they will give us an answer in 3 business days. When those 3 days arrived, never heard from. I called the office and the listing agent so many times but they rarely answered my calls or my family’s. They would email me stating I haven’t submitted some paperwork despite already sending them my documents when I first applied. Then when I would resend those documents, they would keep pushing the date they were supposed to let me know if we’re going to be accepted or not. Weeks go by, with no real update, they made it seem like we had a very high chance of being accepted, which looking back it was clear they had no real intention of accepting us. Missed out on other house opportunities due to waiting on an answer from them. So based on my experience and other folks reviews, I highly advise not to work or find a home with this property management company unless you want a massive headache. Listen to the reviews, they wow with nice and big houses but have the worst customer service. Biggest waste of my time, money (application fees are expensive), and sanity working with marshall reddick real estate.

Would not recommend Marshall Reddick for any rental/real estate services.I rented and lived in a house that was managed by M.R. I was told the house was renovated before we moved in, but there were numerous maintenance issue with the house that started popping up. Even before the maintenance issues, we were unable to contact The first month of moving in, we were unable to contact the personnel that did our move-in walk through. We found out 2 months later that that personnel was no longer with M.R, yet we were kept in the dark and consistently e-mailing, texting, and calling non-existent e-mails/numbers/extensions.In addition to that, we began experiencing maintenance issues, which we submitted immediately as they come. First, severe clogging began after 2 months of living at the property (not caused by us) during Thanksgiving. Water was backing up while we were showering but unfortunately, because of the holidays, this issue was not addressed until after Thanksgiving, which ended up reoccurring several months later due to damaged pipe and roots grew into it. We were unable to shower, cook, or use the toilet due to this issue.Following the clogging issue was electrical shorting with our outlets. Any time any small kitchen appliance was used, the outlets would short and even after resetting the breakers, this would continuously happen as long as any single small kitchen appliance was used. This then lead up to heater shorting the breaker, which caused us to sleep in 60deg rooms during winter time. In a sense, we were unable to heat up food or produce any sorts of heat during this period of time. Our expenses increased due to eating out every night to compensate not being able to heat up food at home. We also lost rest because of the cold temperature at night, which caused us to not perform at work. These issues were not fixed until a month after the initial request. Regardless of the conditions we were in or what we experienced, in the end M.R. did not compensate us anything.Lastly, due to lack of communication and high number of maintenance issues with the property itself, we decided not to renew our lease (in addition to rent increase if we renewed). Move-out notice was sent out to us 1.5 months prior to end of lease, I mailed out all keys/remote post-marked by move-out date (clearly stated in the move-out notice), but was still charged prorated for October. Rather than taking responsibility for their ambiguity in their notices, M.R just puts fault on tenants and scams them out of their security deposits.Renting from M.R was the biggest mistake I ever made. The 1 year living at the property, many requests were delayed due to M.R being unresponsive. It was beyond difficult to reach anyone, via e-mail or phone. M.R. does not care about anything or anyone other than money.

One of the best in breed property managers for rental property owners. Emily Sanders and her team in Austin/San Antonio has been especially professional, responsive and detailed oriented since I started working with them in 2019. Frankly, many property managers are simply not very good. Marshall Reddick is one of the better ones.
