Bought a pair of their tennis shoes, I thought they were an Italian brand. I come to find out they're made in China! I wore them 1 day and had blisters! I called the shop to ask for a return or exchange. The lady was rude and basically said oh well. I will never enter that store again! Very snobby and only cares about the big sale.

Victoria is an all-star staff member. I came in two weeks late from when I said I would on the phone, and she still remembered me and helped me without bitterness (which would have been deserved-- she had to pull boxes of shoes down for me to prepare for my visit BOTH TIMES). I was having a pretty emotional day when I visited the store and she not only helped me find my perfect shoes, but comforted me as well. She's also extremely complimentary. The shoes are good value; I've been shopping here for awhile. They can run a bit expensive but they're built to last. Marni shoes I bought years ago still fit and work like they did that first year. Thank you Victoria!

I discovered Marmi Shoe Store in St. Louis on a business trip in 2005. My sandals broke as I got off the plane! Bought new sandals there, and two more pairs of shoes. When I got home, I was pleased to know there was a Marmi store near me in Newport Beach! This is my first stop for work and special occasion shoes. They are comfortable and stylish. Today, I bought a pair of sport shoes for the first time. I wanted something special for vacation, and I wanted white leather tennis shoes. The Coyle was perfect, comfortable and stylish. Andrea helps me find what I want!

Since they closed Marina del Rey and El Segundo, this is the closest store to us, and worth the 60+ mile drive. The customer service is excellent, the selection is excellent and they stock sizes most stores don't: that is a huge reason for us to make this drive twice per year. If we don't want to make the drive, we call and order from Andrea, who can help with how shoes fit so we order the correct size. I can't say enough good about this shopping experience except to say, this is the kind of service that used to be normal but is now difficult to find. I appreciate good customer service, and support stores that give it. WARNING: If you are looking for "cheap" and/or inexpensive shoes, this is not your store.
