Terrible customer service. We weren’t greeted and nobody asked us if we needed help with anything. The boy and the older woman at the counter had upset looks on their faces. When we asked for a small bag he just dropped it at the counter while my friend had her hand handed out to hopefully receive one. Bad impression.

Went here to buy my son a skimboard and wet suit for his 10th B-Day. What an Amazing experience my son and I had. We were treated with such respect and kindness! Brian was so great, had a vast knowledge of skimboards. He set us up with a perfect board for my son "Exile EXO" . The shop installed the front traction and tail pad for us perfectly and professionally. I can not say enough about Main Street Surf Shop in New Port Beach. I will be a customer and friend for life.

This isn't a surf shop. They sell overpriced garbage to tourists and the employees are extremely rude. This place sucks.

This is such an amazing store. It has been in the family for 43 years!! Really! The owner was there ready to help you find what you need. They have clothes for adults and children. Shoes and flip flops. Socks and hats. Sunglasses. Jewelry. Skateboards. Well known brands. Something for everyone. Come take a look!!

Top notch surf gear at great prices. The staff are very helpful and layed back they all live on the beach in Southern California so, yeah I'd be happy too. You can get new or used surfboards there and everything you need to surf. From beginners to elite most people know that you have to start somewhere, me i was born in Huntington Beach and lived in Southern California for many years and that's what me and my friends would do, hit the beach before school and then go after, Everyday throughout school and summer. Main Street Surf Shop is where we bought our wax cause it was right by us. What a cool environment. Thanks again guys. ???♂️

I go to the surf shop every year when I'm in town. They have a great selection for men, women and children. I can always find something to bring home. A plus for clothing, shoes and surf essentials!

Super helpful friendly staff, the place wasn't large but their selection was still good. It was the best selection on that area of the beach.
