I have worked with Marcia for a couple of different long term care insurance policies. After a bi-annual update of my retirement plan by my financial advisor, I was in search of a LTC (Long-Term Care) policy and/or life insurance. I was referred to Craig Matesky at ACACIA Insurance Services, Inc. who is certified to broker the purchase of both/either. I shared with him my goals, and we thoroughly discussed my financial needs. Craig couldn't have been more professional with an approach that embraced information, collaboration, and feedback with no hard sales tactics. "Rare to find someone so knowledgeable and sincere without the hassle of a sales pitch!" Working in the world of finance for 40+ years, I greatly appreciated the quotes of highly rated and stable carriers for both LTC and life in side-by-side comparisons inclusive of what was and was not covered in the very diverse plans. The charts/quotes were easy to read and understand, and Craig was very patient in explaining the option choices--especially for someone who knows very little about these types of insurance coverages. I trusted his judgement to help with my decision, and I would highly recommend calling Craig Matesky for consultation on LTD and/or life policies.

Great customer service from Mike Berger. He clearly explained all of the options available so that I can make an informed choice. This type of long term care insurance is a bit complicated with many choices, so working with someone who is knowledgeable makes the process a lot easier. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is looking at long term care health insurance.

We did not know long term care plans excited and had no clue what long term care was. After doing some research I was still confused but came across Mike Berger. he was great he explained everything in detail, had answers to all of our questions and made the process super easy. Was super responsive via email, very accommodating, and will definitely recommend him to anyone on the hunt for long term care. He will definitely go out of his way to help you find the best plan for you and your loved ones.
