I was able to put a jacket on hold online and pick it up at the store the next day, which is usually a service reserved for larger stores. We communicated via text to confirm when I would be able to pick it up. When I got there, the staff knew who I was and were incredibly friendly.

Great Shop! Glad I found it. Vuori joggers and top were the perfect gift and got it for a super deal. Great Sale on high quality clothing. Staff were very friendly and helped me pick out the gift. Success!

They don't stand behind their product. Just a retailer...We bought a Patagonia jacket here. Brand new and we discovered there was a pin size hole in the jacket...maybe the tail of a feather poked through...but it was big enough for the filling to come out and it would get bigger in time. We tried returning or exchanging and they wouldn't allow. They're just a retailer they said. So we called Patagonia direct and they immediately sent us a shipping label and agreed to exchange the jacket.

This store has a wonderful selection of Patagonia, Vuori, Indosole, Aloha Collection and Pendleton home items. It also has a beautifully curated selection of travel books, candles, sunglasses and and unique gift items. Everyone that works here is always friendly as well.
