Jeri has been amazing! She has given me the knowledge of health and fitness as well as helping me with my lower back pain. With a series of stretches that Jeri has taught me, my pain in my back has decreased significantly. I cannot thank Jeri enough for everything that she has done for me! Jeri is very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to health and fitness and I would not have had such a great experience with anyone else.

Working with Jeri has been the best experience of my life in the area of fitness. I have worked with personal trainers before and Jeri goes way beyond any one I have ever worked with. Jeri is generous, knowledgeable, intuitive, compassionate and rigorous. At the same time, she is fun. I left feeling completely inspired with a direct sense that Jeri is in my corner and will stop at nothing to deliver the goods.

I have been training for over 20 years and have found no one who can top Jeri at Fitness Intuitive. She brings huge experience in making workouts effective, as well as engaging. Her variety of techniques and styles in training has always been astonishing to me. I see other trainers going by the numbers or just using the latest hot tools. Jeri brings to the workout what's needed for me as an individual. Beyond this, she understood the mental and physical obstacles I often needed overcome to get truly fit. Her emphasis on mind and body worked for me!

Jeri was my trainer on and off for four years throughout preparing for a wedding and preparing to have a baby. I also suffer from pretty severe back issues and she had the knowledge to train me in ways that actually strengthened my body to reduce the pain. She is a good trainer and so much fun to be around...always positive and supportive!!

Jeri is a fantastic trainer! She focuses on the entire body and mind and your energy, not just one style or method. She incorporates tons of different techniques to get you feeling great and achieve your goals. It is unlike any other training I've ever done. Don't let her warm smile and friendly nature fool you - she's all business in the gym, which is great. She knows exactly how hard to push you for great results without going too far and causing injury or being overworked. She's amazing and you can't really explain her methods in a review, so I say "Just Go!" and you won't regret it.

This was one of the best fitness experience that I have ever had. I have tried many fitness centers but by far this place was the best. Jeri was great. Her instructions were concise and effective. She gave be a great work out! I am so glad I found this place.
