Wow, talk about lack of quality assurance. Ordered an iphone 12 in "Excellent" condition and came covered in scuff marks and an 80% max battery capacity. I ordered from BackMarket and never had a phone come with less than 92%. Avoid JemJem at all costs!!

They told me to send in for inspection, even though that should have been their job before. They offered no help. Conrad was a poor customer service rep.

I purchased my MacBook February 13th, 2023. I received the product and was satisfied until one of the letters came off (not from misuse) and the keys were sticking (no liquid damage had/has occurred). Keyboard issues are known for the 2017 model and possibly the early 2015, which is the model I have. I reached out to JemJem per the warranty and she was willing to help me. I did not get a chance to send my MacBook in. When I reached out again, I communicated with Conrado. Conrado was not as pleasant to communicate because of the way he communicated the information without seeing the Macbook. He insisted that the keyboard malfunction was physical damage, but i informed him that this was not physical damage. Conrado directed me to GeekSquad who told me they could not help me, and that the keyboard was physical damage, but said that JemJem should cover the keyboard. When I emailed JemJem back, he told me physical damage was not covered. I just would like my keyboard fixed so i could fully use my device. Unfortunately, JemJem has not answered the phone, and I am left unsatisfied. Hopefully, the issue will be fixed. I will just order from a different company from now on and not purchase products through the company.

I found them on BestBuy, and their prices were attractive. I just started a marketing agency that requires a few MacBooks, and I got them from JemJem. I bought three from them, and none of the users have complained.

Very disappointed with the product that was sold to me through his company. I purchased a refurbished Apple IMAC. Computer only worked for about 2 months. It now has something called a Black Screen and is not fixable. I will be calling this company as soon as they open today to try and get this problem resolved.I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

This is the second refurbished shop I have tried and I can tell that they are far better than the previous one. I'm a regular buyer because my business requires gadgets every now and then. This guys have always delivered.
