I had to take my car in to be serviced because it had a couple of recalls on it. When I originally made the call to schedule, the person on the phone told me it would only take about 30 mins per service. When I got to the service center I worked with Robin. He was great at getting me in right away. He let me know that they were super backed up and I would be getting a rental car for a few days. I let him know that I was actually going on vacation the next day and would be gone for 4 days. Robin asked when my flight was and assured me he would have it done way before I needed to leave (promised 11am my flight was at 4pm). I got a call the next day at 8:30am saying they made my car a priority since I was going out of town and it was ready to be picked up. Picking up the car was easy and quick. I am so grateful they were able to turn what could have been a stressful situation to a stress free thing for me. Love the team here and the way they treat their customers. Glad my car is in good hands when I need a service!

Bought a new RR Sport from Newport Beach in mid-June. Had a few minor things wrong. Picked up the car last night and realized that the dealer killed the car's internet while updating the infotainment software. In addition, the mechanic got grease all over the dashboard. Went back today but they had no service techs to work on the car so now we have to go back again on Monday. First of all, where is the quality control? It seems non-existent. I'm sure that they can fix the internet connection to the mobile carrier (we tried and sales tried, both to no avail) but getting the grease off the dash will be interesting - we'll see. If they can't clean it, they better replace the dashboard. We'll see; hopefully this isn't my first and last RR. So far, I'm not very happy.

My husband and I had the BEST experience at Jaguar Land Rover Newport Beach! We walked in on a whim to test drive a few vehicles and walked out with the Range Rover of my dreams! We were Blessed to work with Amir K. who sincerely made my experience the best it could possibly be. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, communicative, personable, and extremely not pushy. We appreciated his salesmanship and look forward to an incredible partnership with Land Rover Newport Beach for years to come! The financing department was excellent and easy to work with. Bryce was also the perfect resource to explain all of the features and attributes about the car. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and has made himself available for any questions I have.

My father and I came into the Newport dealer location all the way from San Diego kindly asking for Allen and went up to a salesman ( named Gustavo), he was extremely rude and dismissive to both me and my father when we inquired about cars and asked to see a vehicle. No less than 9 minutes later, we left feeling incredibly undervalued and frustrated.

Horrible service. Every. Single. Time. This is an on going nightmare with Range Rover. I mean, maybe it's a strategy to get us a new car, but since it's a separate location with sales, there's not even a showroom to check out new models. Issues we've had for the past 3 years: -lost keys -they forgot to reset service lights (And we picked up end of the day so they asked us to come back again ) -diesel exhaust fluid took an hour and a half to refill We're seriously considering trading our car in for a Mercedes Benz since we get great service at Fletcher Jones for our other car. This place is just ridiculous.

We recently came out from our BMW lease and wanted to explore other brands. It has always been a dream to drive a Range Rover. Finally pulled the trigger and decided to go. We came in prepared knowing what car we wanted to see and searched the top sales person who can assist us. ALLEN JOHNSON was our guy! I called him first thing in the morning. First impression on the phone was good energy, we were excited to meet him. When we got to the dealer, Allen greeted us right away, showed us the car and fell in love. I came in with a set number in mind and that's what we got. The process was smooth from start to finish. Thank you to the manager Tim, finance Todd & especially to our salesman Allen for all their efforts to making this a dream come true for my family and I. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

the worst service i've ever experienced. beware!!! the most unprofessional service department! the service advisors have no clue what they are doing and they will bang you out for $$$$. the "so called" service manager is as rude and as uncaring of an manager you can have in the people business. hey, general manager of newport land rover, do some clean up at service. enough is enough. you are losing customers left and right. a horrible representation of your product!

Vehicle Purchased: Land Rover Sport My sales representative was Allen Johnson and sales manager was Tim Sandquist. This is my second purchase from this dealership and I remain pleased with the great customer service and professionalism shown. Allen was great to work with and helped me find a Range Rover Sport that met all the specs I was looking for. This dealership always has great inventory to choose from with lots of options. I look forward to future purchases here!

The whole crew (Service Rep, Enterprise Rep, and Mechanic) treated me very professionally and politely. The customer service rep Dan, actually listened to what I said and paid attention to detail. The only reason I am not giving five stars is the turnaround time seemed a little long. They gave me a complementary rental car which saved my days! The mechanic sent me a video of the inspection which I greatly appreciated. The mechanic also paid attention to great detail. I was very impressed with everything except the turnaround time. The service I had was to repair my passenger side locks and replace one remote fob.

We bought a Range rover from Newport Range Rover and paid for extended warranty 100k miles. My wife went for a repair and they said it was not covered. I had to go find my original paperwork and bring it back in to get the problem fixed. I told them to please input info in service repair system so my wife would not have to deal with next time she was in and they said they would. The next time she came in, same problem! This time i called Range Rover Newport the place i bought the car and spent over 2 hours trying to get them to cover this. I was told the sold company to new company and that each dept is on there own. WHAT A JOKE! I will not be back

I had such a great experience at this location. Armando was my service advisor and he provided exceptional customer service. He was so knowledgeable, taking the time to explain and showed me all the features on my car (something the salesperson did not do when purchasing my car). I definitely recommend going to this location because they get you in and out along with providing awesome customer service. If you have any questions about your car, I'm pretty sure Armando will be able to answer any of your questions. Not sure if you'll read this but, thank you again Armando! You were awesome!

The guys in the service department have always taken care of my car and me. Steve has been my go to guy now for 5 almost 6 years. He does a great job of taking care of my cars and keeping me up to date on when I need to come in. I have lived in LA and currently live in SD and I still take my cars there for service, mainly because of the service I get from Steve and the team there.

The vehicle was just back from the Annual Service and we found coolant leaking because of no clamps on the hose which was connected to water pump and the other end to engine. Called Roadside Assistance and vehicle (2019 Velar) was towed on Saturday night to dealer and parked outside the gate till Monday. How could this be overlooked after Annual Service? They need to implement QA/QC to make sure this is caught before the vehicle is sent out. We are lucky this was caught near the house because if it was on freeway and was not caught early it could have damaged the engine.The service adviser (Jeff Townsend) was excellent as this is not his fault and he has always provided excellent customer service.
