Better fuel prices for boats than Dana Point and service was very friendly.

Absolutely will never fill up there. The young worker with long hair sticking out of his ball cap was an actual ass hat. He had absolutely no idea of any customer service whatsoever. Not one ounce. I am absolutely mortified of the service our party of 8 received. The young lad would not doc us and the boat was leaving the doc after two passengers had already got off. He then told the two passengers "They're leaving you" as our boat was drifting away and we were asking what to do. Customer service needs to be trained at this facility. I'd rather get stranded on a deserted island than to ever have to deal with the worker at this facility. I am mortified for my guests. He ruined our whole boating experience.

Been coming to this place for awhile, fueled up this afternoon and safe to say I'll be taking my business across the harbor going forward. The young man working didn't know a thing about customer service.

Got there at 5:53 today and some kid came out and told us they were closed. I asked what time they closed and he said 6. I said it's not 6 yet and he said sorry and kind of laughed. We made a special trip out to fuel up for the weekend and it was just frustrating. The kid also Watched us pull up and tie off and everything and didn't even offer to help. Place is going downhill. The High school employees clearly need some better oversight

The employees are extremely professional and polite, always assisting with proper docking and assisting. Best dock in the harbor to fuel up, great selection of drinks and snacks and extremely clean restroom. I only use island marine fuel because they also have higher end fuel for same price as other location. With higher cleaner octane.

Island Marine Fuel is great the prices are right in line and their customer service has no equal. Danny, Paul, Mikey are the best in the harbor.

This is a great fuel dock! We are always greeted with smiles and friendly faces! It's the only place we go when we need fuel or ice on the water.

Hey Island Marine Fuel, do you read yelp reviews? Well read this one! Your main point of business is to sell Gas and other food/beverage items right? Well, why do you attempt at enforcing so many rules? Case in point: only one person can get off the boat at a time and that person MUST purchase something? Would you prefer a that a person with disabilities defecate or urinate all over your dock instead of using a toliet? Also I used the restroom and then was told to go get money to pay for an item. First off: I'm a customer. Don't tell me what I should be doing. This is a horrible business with absurd customer service. Also the dude in the red jacket that was attempting to enforce such a policy should go to business school. Newport Beach doesn't need this type of mentality or attitude on such a gorgeous day. What a waste of a business. You have the ability to make someone's day so much better than this!

great fuel dock. crew was great, decent price, esp. for the area. we were fueled and out of there in no time.
