Close to the airport , modern rooms but my heat didn’t work in my room. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and freshly remodeledThe only disappointment was the lack of staff in the restaurant.I stood at the entrance for several minutes and nobody assisted me. I then walked to the back room to ask if we seat ourselvesThe employee who was working hard said she would get to me soon but never saw her.Another employee sat me and said it would be 30-40 minutes to get food , that time has already come and gone and I’m still waitingThere is a convention and they did not staff accordingly to handle the volume. With that said , I’m sure the convention was planned in advance , not a last minute surpriseRooms: Nice , modern

The room we had has a stand up shower with 2 beds and a small balcony overlooking the roof top. Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable and surprisingly don't sleep very hot. They put 4 pillows on each bed. 2 soft and 2 firm. Room has a mini fridge that gets super cold and you can adjust the temperature. Best part is they allow service dogs. The only thing that is annoying is you need your room key card to operate the elevator. Not a big deal but when you have to pull out the card each time you enter the elevator because you forgot it in your wallet it's annoying. Lol.Rooms: Very clean, manually regulated temperature mini fridge that gets super cold.. Not like those super cheap ones. Large tv, clean bathroom and shower. The front desk people are nice and friendly.Nearby activities: Mostly tech businesses but a short drive and there's a ton of restaurants, Korean, Indian and other ethnic foods. Highway is easily accessible.Safety: We didn't spend much time outside at night but the airport is directly across the street and you barely hear the planes take off or land. The area is very quiet and seems very safe.Walkability: Not much to walk to but there's a Benihana's right next door and a Starbucks a block away next to a bagel spot. Everything else needs to be driven to.

Khalid and Eric at the front Desk is saving this property from getting a one star review, and I’m gonna give them five stars because their customer service was superb! From the minute we checked in Eric was extremely accommodating and extremely welcoming and friendly, and was overall a great vibe. And the manager Khalid was also very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, our stay did not go too well due to the fact that the first room we were put in was very dirty, and they had to upgrade us to a deluxe room, which was very nice of them to do so, and was approved by Katheryn. Unfortunately, the deluxe room on the top floor heater was broken and they came in the following day to attempt to fix it, but it did not fix the problem. My puppy that I had traveling with me woke up very sick, sneezing and caught a cold. The following day I had to go to target to purchase a heater. Heated up the room good but overall was not a good stay as far as the rooms go. The property itself does look nice lobby nice and well put together.Rooms: First room was very dirty trashcan was unchanged. Mirror light was broken and there was hairs in the room and the shower and toilet and floors were not clean. Was upgraded to a different room and the heater was broken.

Fantastic location, quiet, updated, and very clean hotel. Make sure to catch the evening chef his special items are outstanding, and he does very creative plating! Fabulous filet mignon with shrimp, scallop potatoe stack & asparagus, simply delightful. A great place to eat prior to attending a concert in the area.Definitely, best hotel in the area!Rooms: Rooms are very clean with updated bathrooms and furniture.Nearby activities: Great location for shopping Fashion Island, Concerts and Segerstrom Performing Art Center.Food & drinks: Food in restaurant is outstanding, make sure to have a lovely, fairly priced meal.

I went to the Hyatt hotel I had a room he told me that it’s private property. That I can’t go use the restroom can’t enter the hotel the person. I spoke was very rude. He told not to come back poor service hotel very mess unorganized. Don’t waste your money here.the person I spoke is heavy male set.he say don’t come back here again 12/23/23at 12:23
