He would prefer his customer get the best bang for their buck, even if it means directing them to fellow shops in the county. Took pics and explained the location for everyone on here, he didn't construct the business center and it's layout. Love the spot so far, thanks for your time, knowledge and fair pricing!”

“When we walked into Kite Connection we met Allison with her amazing energy!! Right away our son took a liking to her while she showed him some cool toys and he showed her his art. Dave walked up and was amazed that our 6yo was the little artist behind it all. Dave did a live with AJ right then and there and made his dreams come true by saying he would sell his artwork in his store. Thanks for making this trip an incredible memory for our family! We recommend stopping in with your family and meeting the crew!!”

“Dusting my old Yelp account off to give a local store some well deserved props. Roughly six months ago my 4 year old son and I stopped by on a random weekend. The place was packed! The owner (super busy due to the event that was ongoing) still found the time to make me and my son feel extra welcome. He even gave my son a Space Marine mini! So I stopped by last week having found a few moments to dive into a new hobby. Again, the customer service was top shelf. Very knowledgeable and provided me with all the options available to me as a point of entry. Off a glance, you can tell this location is run by a staff of one. Devoted to his dream of having a successful shop and building a strong and friendly player base. Supporting him in that goal is the least I can do for the offered free assistance in building / painting my minis and finding games which will be a bit more noob friendly. I'll be happy to return and feed my newly formed addiction, and hope this location sticks around for years to come.”

“I came here strictly for their sonny angels and yes I knew they were fake. They have a good selection of sonny angels and the most expensive one I saw was $9.99 while the others were around $6.99-$7.99. When you check out, they do let you know it’s fake.
Just from the ones I pulled, I don’t think you could tell they are dupes at all distance. The ones I got didn’t even seem bad close up. I’d go back to get more to save money. In total, I spent $18/$19 for two.
This store has so many cute stuff ranging from Sonny Angels to K Pop items to anime to Sanrio.
The people at the store were very kind and welcoming.”
“I’m writing this because somebody said the “old man will try to rip you off”. That is not true at all. Coast Philatelics is one of the few old-school stamp collector stores. It’s a family-run shop, and they’ve have been in business since the late 70s, I think. He sells everything cheap because the stamp collecting world has gone downhill. There just aren’t as many stamp collectors as there used to be. I love this place, it’s a little hole in the wall that’s floor to ceiling with stamps, accessories, unique pieces, and collectible paper. There used to be a lot of places like this back in the 80s, but this is one of the last. It’s worth your time to go in. (The shop is open limited hours, as the owner takes care of his health concerns.)”
“Drove from Apple Valley and stumbled across this store by accident. I visited on Thursday, April 27 2023 well after 11am. The sign said closed and the store was dark inside. 4 stars for tardiness. Once I'm able to go inside to shop, I will update my rating.”
“Had to get some random things. We wanted to see if they sold black out curtains. And they do not. We did find the other item we were looking for though. We found the black cardboard we wanted for a project. Found exactly what we were needing! Later that day, my boyfriend used a box cutter and cut it down to size. It worked perfectly for the project. Wooohooooo We are happy with how it came out! They only had one cashier working. The rest of the checkout section was setup as self-checkout. Is this the future? Where we all just use self-checkout instead of having a living, breathing human to assist us? Maybe. In any case, it was pretty quick and easy to get in and out. We grabbed what we needed and bounced. The store was organized, and it was simple to find what we were looking for.”
