My husband and I curated my engagement ring with Jean Dousset over a year ago after jumping from jeweler to jeweler for options. There truly is something special about Jean Dousset and their designs and service. Thank you Jessica for all your help with the ring! She was so patient with us and explained every step of the journey. Other jewelers were very dismissive and hardly paid us attention or provided the level of excitement and care to match the significance behind purchasing an engagement ring. The experience at Dousset made a huge difference for us and the rings looked so beautiful in person when we visited the store in Los Angeles. It became a no brainer for us to purchase here.
Did I mention the rings are absolutely and infinitely more gorgeous than your average jeweler? The craftsmanship is top notch. I never get tired of studying the details of my ring.
Strongly recommend because we'll be back!

Jean Dousset and his entire team made purchasing my engagement ring a dream experience. Throughout my ring search I’ve had many consultations with jewelers in LA/OC and can confidently say that the craftsmanship of the engagement ring is unparalleled and best in class. My ring is extremely well made, with every detail perfect. It feels sturdy but looks beautifully dainty at the same time.
The staff was so on point with every in-person consultation and email. Special thanks to Jessica (and Irene) - incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, warm, and engaged. The process was so enjoyable I was sad when the ring was finalized! The showroom and boutique are the epitome of classy elegance.

Meaghan was wonderful to work with. She took the time to schedule as many calls as needed to make sure that everything was perfect. Within a few days of finalizing the details, I received the ring in the mail! The ring was beautiful and my now fiancé absolutely loved it. Cannot recommend this company enough.

After almost a year and half I get to write a review! Me and my now Fiancé travel full time and spend a lot of time together near each other. It was really hard to keep this a secret but Thanks to Jean Dousset and team this process was made super easy. At first I came across a beautiful ring with specs the my Fiancé had described to me before on the website! I sent and email and got a reply right away from Jean Dousset! In the the two months that I went from ordering to them making the ring and shipping it out to me, it was so smooth and easy I just couldn't believe it. Everything was done over e-mail and online payment! again super easy! The team at Jean Dousset was phenomenal! Big shout out to Susheela. She made sure that all my question were answered all the time and any concerns I had were taken care of! They shipped my ring to The Netherlands where my Fiancé's sister received the ring! YES, they ship to Europe!
The ring is absolutely beautiful and Fiancé loved it! The craftsmanship was amazing!

Loonnngg awaited review! My now fiancé and I are so incredibly impressed and happy with our experience at Jean Dousset. Big thank you to Jessica and Sarah for helping us pick our dream ring. From the very beginning to the end, it was such a pleasurable experience. Both Jessica and Sarah are so knowledgeable and we didn't feel pressured at all like other jewelers we went to.
I first discovered Jean Dousset back when they were only offering earth mined diamonds, but their collection and customization options have grown so much over the years while following new trends, but also still being timeless. This has made my dream ring possible!

We had a wonderful experience working with Neil Murphy. I was helping my father with some watches and jewelry that he had and wanted to sell and Neil was excellent to work with. He corresponded with me via text with quick response times, was available to meet when we wanted, and gave us very fair prices on the pieces he bought. I had done research ahead of time and believe his offers were right where they should be. Wonderful experience!

A 5 star review doesn’t quite encapsulate how great it was working with Neil. I recently had a stunning custom engagement ring crafted by him. It was an easy process from our first conversation to the delivery of the ring. I was worried about the whole process, but he helped me create what I had in my imagination for my bride to be. Needless to say, my now fiancé’s jaw dropped when she saw that gorgeous ring. I now recommend all my friends and family to talk to him before they make any jewelry decisions.
