Nick and his manager went the extra mile to correct the issue. Everyone starting with our host was very professional and catered to meeting our expectations. Well done!”

“Several days ago I got help from Stephanie Yang at Fashion Island, Restoration Hardware, and she navigated me through the cancellation of a vanity I had ordered in the wrong color. Then, she graciously and patiently showed me options and helped me choose a new vanity with a travertine top that I love. She explained that the vanity top came with a sink so I would not have to purchase one separately. I’m not a designer; I’m just a customer who needed some direction and she was so pleasant as she helped me! The employees at Restoration Hardware are always knowledgeable and helpful in a way that is not expected anymore. They go beyond!!I’m a fan of RH forever. “They messed up on my order of sheets but once I spoke to the MGR the problem was corrected and he went 110% to ship the sheets to me. They have wonderful sheets and I would buy from them again. The only reason I gave it 4 out 5 stars is because of the confusion and mess up of the order. I would recommend them.”
