Tony was truthful and courteous. Took my Audi in after the dealer told me I needed additional repairs when in fact I didn't after all. Dealerships get paid commission on repair sales which I thought was dishonest. Dealer kept my car for 3 weeks. Ugh Highly recommend Tony at Five Star as he helped me with an easy fix and just a 1day turnaround time.
