OH NO ! My wife and I popped in here on Saturday to buy a pair of standard pillowcases for the guest bedroom.....nothing fancy. All we could find was their home brand for $95. TOO RICH FOR US ! NOTE - Of course with 20 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics world wide in 2023 I can tell you what is great !

Recently, I encountered an issue with a gift card I purchased, but Shahla's dedication and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Tony was an absolute knight in shining armor. First, I was trying to locate where to pick up online orders. He actually came up with me so I wouldn't be lost. Then he appeared again when I was looking at pricing some silverware. He could see the boxed sets were very heavy. He kindly helped me verify the prices and assisted me in returning a couple of them. Tony is an excellent Macy's associate. Loved his upbeat personality and his positive spirit. Thank you, Tony!!!!!

Outstanding customer service from Managers Farouk, Freddy, and Shakila at Macy's Fashion Island. They were very friendly, prompt. Highly recommend to shop at this store. They have great deals, especially in men's department, and variety of selections.

Brick and mortar stores like Macy's dying daily, and I can see why. I was in the store for 30 minutes and crossed paths with 5 employees. Not a single one of them said "Hello" or "can I help you find something..." I wouldn't have purchased anything from the store today based on my experience- if not for the gift card in my pocket. Macy's management should be ALL OVER their employees to be warm and welcoming in their stores. If I had wanted a cold environment where I'd get no help... I could've gone to Amazon. (By the way, I checked before making this post... Macy's 40% off sale was still $8.00 more than Amazon's price!) Macy's you need cater to your customers or you'll be Sears soon...

Pray to whatever god you believe in that you don’t run into “manager” Freddy. If you want to see someone with a high school diploma power trip on you, this would be your best bet. He is rude, doesn’t allow a customer to get a word in, continues to interrupt, and is FAR too sassy to be in any customer service role. For the poor service I was given here on not one but now TWO times by Freddy, I will not be returning. Corporate should look into customer service satisfaction under this guy.

Freddy at this Finish Line! Freddy genuinely had valuable knowledge about really wearing shoes. Was looking for some information on why I felt I was having feet pain as of late. If the manager of the perfume section (Ava) is the one who is supposed to coach other employees to be professional, I know why everyone there was so unprofessional! Ava was so rude to us when we were not happy with the gift wrap of the gift we purchased. She told us it was "nice" of them to even gift wrap stuff! Very bad attitude. I returned what I had purchased so she is losing Macy's customers.

I just wanted to shout out Andy for being an excellent sales associate. I normally don't like to be bothered in stores as I am pretty anti social, but he was very friendly, made sure we found all we needed and just overall very friendly. Thank you! Pt. 2: Bought some shoes from an older gentlemen at the women's shoes Dept. yesterday (can't remember his name) after buying men's clothes. One show was a different size. Returned to Macey's today, and wanted to note that Shahla not only helped us out quickly and attentively, but extra accommodating by offering to have the new shoes mailed to us with the shipping fees waived for the trouble. I wasn't expecting that and it truly left me feeling happy with my experience at this Macey's.

Ohhh Macy's where do I start?? Do you really think you're to big to fail? #Sears #Kmart #Jcpenny #Etc How is this iconic brick and motor still in business? These stores are so poorly staffed, managed, etc. I could have walked out with my items, and nobody would have noticed!!! Never have I seen such buffoonery as I searched for a register to PAY For My items. This has been my experience multiple times but his is the last! Gone are the days of our nostalgic malls... Only the Stoic and Meek roam your desolate and bleak corridors.... Your Customer Service is no where to be found and your inept employees are lackadaisical at best. Your store looks like a mere image of the worst garage sale my grandparents would visit. I've seen better organization and displays at the special Olympics gift shop! If you were a flea market you'd need to be neutered as there's nobody working there with BALLS!! From South Coast Plaza to Fashion Island your cantankerous staff had me heading to the exit!
