I brought my car to Ferrari of Newport to have the motor in my seat repaired. I was told it would take 3 weeks for the part to arrive and I was told by Andrew it would be best for me to leave my car with them. When my car was returned the leather on the dash had shrunken and Andrew tried to tell me that the technician noticed it when he took the seat out but no pictures were taken, there was no mention of it in the inspection report and he stated he just assumed it wasn't a priority of mine so he didn't mention it. I know the condition of my car when I dropped it off and it DEFINITELY was not in the same condition when it was returned. It obviously isn't important to them but I dreamed about owning this car my entire life and I'm soo very disappointed with the customer service.

Amazing selection of crazy high-end Ferrari models. A $5.5M F50 was awesome to see and they made me espresso.

Avoid this place if you genuinely care about your Ferrari. I had a check engine light that went off. They assured me it was a spark plug issue. As soon as I got in the car and pulled away the check engine light began blinking then the car powered down. The car was never test driven or properly diagnosed. I bought it back and had to wait 4 days until they replace what now they believe was the ignition coil. A week later car broke down and even in a worse state then it was before I ever bought it in. It is still not fixed and in my garage until I am able to get it until another service center.
The biggest issue is the extremely poor communication by Steve Cervantes, service advisor. He would never provide updates and seemed annoyed whenever I would ask for one. He never replied to texts, emails or phone calls. A week would pass and when I ask if he got any of them I would not get a reply or he would say no. When I would call the service center and ask for him, he was either at lunch or was told he would call me back. He would never call back. I don’t expect everyone to be on top of it, but always being away from your job and never replying or updating is the worst experience I have had from all the different car brands in the past.
Do not trust him or the service center with the vehicle you value and worked so hard to obtain. I’d check out the LA service center or even ship your car some place else.

Daniel, Slah and Luis were fantastic hosts. Took their time to explain the process of ownership as well as show us around the dealership 100 percent recommend stopping by even if it's just to dream!
Will definitely come again.

Luis Lozada at Newport Ferrari is a true gentleman and now friend. Assisted me in getting my first Ferrari and went above and beyond 5 stars. Guys a gem! Hat tip to sales manager, Brendan Martin. The team at Newport are a class act! After driving a Ferrari, I’ll never look at a Porsche again!

From a dream to reality. Ferrari of Newport Beach was simply fantastic to guide me thru the process of designing, buildingpurchasing this fabulous work of art on 4 wheels. Thanks also for the best delivery celebration possible. The new team is passionate, and in my eyes will be very successful in the years to come. Welcome to Newport Beach.!!

First of all - Ferrari Newport Beach - was excellent when Tim was the GM. Chris Pullis sold me a Ferrari F8. Best experience ever and the sales team was 100% why we spent $400k. Fast forward the last 2 years. 3 new management teams. The dealership is unrecognizable. I feel like a complete stranger. Here's a typical scenario. Showed up today to ask if someone could help reset or add some air to my rear tire (tpms went on). Sales guy basically tells me to get lost and walks away. Says we don't do this here.Sales guys name is Luis Lozada if you want to avoid him. Don't worry if he follows the latest trend at the dealership. He will be gone in 6 months anyway.Moments of truth and details make every business. 100% opportunity for him to build a relationship with an existing Ferrari customer. But instead he takes 15 seconds to tell me he isn't interested. It seems like a small detail but with the original management team this scenario would be met with "Yes, of course" and they would have taken care of the details. I look forward to buying a second Ferrari but this time it will not be from this dealership. I never write reviews but this place is a shadow of what it used to be. Now I just drive by and couldn't be bothered.
