The employees are super nice and accommodating, but their products are incredibly disappointing. Unless you’re printing a simple label, don’t waste your time or money. Time and time again, my prints are discolored, streaky, low resolution and on cheap paper. I wish I could get my money back for the prints I’ve received that were such poor quality.

They don't do baby passport photos because of liability! Crazy. Don't go if you need one.

I’ve been getting print worked done there for years the same thing every time and I was very disappointed. I gave them electronic copies of what they made before as well as a visual hard copy- The document be formatted was a plain word file to make a booklet. I gave it all to Conor and he said that there weren’t any production staff there but he would pass it along. He ended up being the one who worked on it But only after he forgot to relay the information that it needed to be formatted and someone else just printed it as it was. I had six phone calls with him and ended up going into the store and stood there for 40 minutes and several of the things I asked more than once to be a certain way was still not correct. I said just print it out and give me a discount as it was wrong, but I needed the materials. I got two dollars off!!! He blamed me that the document had just changed so many times, but the only reason why it changed so many times was he wasn’t formatting it correctly. Very disappointed in the store and the treatment. I left there practically in tears and emotionally, shaking like I went to war with it… When I saw the receipt and I only got two dollars off, I wanted to throw up. They really need to get their act together. Connor was unprofessional when I dropped off the stuff in person lying to me that there was no one there to work on it, then he never relayed the I gave him about making the brochure and no one sent me a proof, I instructed on one thing five times on the phone and then even in person when I went to try to pick it up and he couldn’t get it right, and then unprofessionally blamed me. I would give him zero stars but that’s not an option.

FedEx Officd Print and Shipping Center.Sets across from Fashion Island and behind cinema.Clean well lit store inside and out.I didn’t see a handicap ramp but there is handicap parking and the doors are handicap accessible.I had a large case to ship back to my home. The staff was fast and effective in meeting my shipping needs.The store offers multiple services and shipping accessories.

I had a package delivered to the wrong address. The company reached out to FedEx and they did an investigation that concluded they delivered my package to the correct address. Weeks later my package was discovered at a nearby business. Clearly they delivered it to the wrong address. I had tried to tell the company and FedEx individually that no one was here the day and time it was delivered. In the end, it was uncovered that that was not the case. Mistakes are understandable. What bothers me is they don't have a good protocol for their mistake. I was blamed by the company that it was possible theft by a co-worker. FedEx didn't do a good investigation.

Needed new business cards for a big event Code Blue and FedEx came through again, and in just a few hours! No rush fee, great quality and only $10.00/100 cards! Amazing ?Went to pick them up and Angel Hernandez was at the counter. The staff at this location is always professional, knowledgeable, really respect their customer's time! Angel was excellent in all these matters as well so I am here to say Thank You for his great customer service. I am also going to reach out to the CEO of FedEx, via social media, to give a well-deserved shout-out for the FedEx team at the Fashion Island location and Mr. Hernandez in particular. Every single time that I have had to use the services this office offers I have found happy and very helpful employees. On Thursday 4/20 I had to print few documents and I was getting so frustrated, for some reason documents couldn't be sent to the email address that FedEx provides in order to print them with a code. This this gentleman as his real name states ANGEL, came to my rescue, not only help me with the issue, he resolved it. Thank you Angel, you are the best, FEDEX that's a great employee there.

This is the worst printing center I've ever been to. Jesus, an employee quite literally did not know how to use the printer. That would have been fine except he pretended he knew what he was doing and, instead of taking any of my advice, was incredibly rude...rolling his eyes etc. He wasted 30 minutes of my time when I was printing for a deadline. He also argued with me that I had not printed my desired size there before when I had, insinuating that I was lying.

I had all my wedding photos on a flash drive. I used a FedEx computer to look at them. I wanted about 3 to 4 photos for large mounted posters for my husband's funeral. Patrick Clancy was so very helpful and patient as I was figuring out what photos and sizes I wanted and what product would work best. I got the mounted posters... they were ready the next day and they turned out beautifully.Costa Mesa Ca on Newport Blvd.
