I've enjoyed working with Daryl and his team for many years. They have been very reliable, friendly and such a joy to work with! Sad t be leaving them because of recent Farmers changes in policies. Excellent service and knowledgeable team. Answers all questions and guides me through all steps I needed through claims. Huge thanks to Jenny, Debbie, and Daryl! You guys rock!

I have met the most terrible agent of farmers a couple of days ago. I have been a farmer’s customer for quite some time now. So I recommended farmers to my partner who just got her car. But it turns out to be a disaster. An agent named CINTHYA REA-CHAVERO started an auto insurance without my partner’s consent/confirmation. And to top of that, I even got a comment from my own agent that I was making it stressful for her? Who wouldn’t be mad about a matter like that? And to add fuel to the fire, they could have just admitted their mistake but they kept saying that my partner called them to start that auto insurance of her new car. Which didn’t happen. Because in the first place, she already got her car before they started the auto insurance. She had all the proofs on emails about their conversations. But these agents wouldn’t provide the proof about my partner agreeing to the larger quote that they provided.We were already considering going with the larger quote that they were offering if my partner really couldn’t provide the document that they are requesting(WHICH SHE PROVIDED AS SOON AS SHE GOT HOLD OF IT). But what we didn’t like is the disrespect that me and my partner received. And that they kept insisting that we we were the one who made the mistake and just pointing the fingers on us.
