“Dr. Long is amazing. It is so hard to find doctors that listen to you and explain you what is happening with your body. Dr. Long takes the time to do that. The only thing that could improve is that it's hard to get an appointment with her. But it is probably because she has many patients. Something that I'd improve too is having the ability to get tests done in their office. It is inconvenient to go somewhere else for each thing you need.”

“What a wonderful experience! After being a member of Kaiser for the last 6 years I had forgotten what good medical care truly meant. This year we decided to switch insurance and finding a new PCP was nerve-racking, however after reading several reviews and articles about Dr. Dadsetan, I decided to switch to Memorial Care from our originally assigned group Providance. Every interaction I had with the staff was fantastic, from being greeted by the front desk, to Pricilla who did my intake and addressing my medical history with Dr. Datsetan! She was professional and knowledgeable and you could tell she truly cares about her patients! Thank you for restoring my faith in medicine and for making me feel like a person and not just another number.”

“As a long time patient of Dr. Nguyen, I have always been satisfied with the care I receive from him and his staff. Due to the pandemic, I had deferred seeing him for my annual visit last year. Upon returning this year, I found there were some changes to the office Waiting room: upon my arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist. I arrived a little early as there's usually paperwork to fill out. The waiting room was pretty empty and the chairs were still a bit spaced apart. It seemed pretty clean and hand sanitizer was available. I waited here for about 30 minutes before I was called back. Back office/visit: the medical assistant was professional and friendly. We made small talk while he took my vitals. He left the room and told me the doctor would be in shortly. I waited about another 30 minutes before the doctor came in. I was informed by the MA that the doctor is running a little behind schedule. I appreciated the update, as many other offices just let you sit there with no communication. Finally, the doctor arrived. He sincerely apologized for being late and gave me his full attention when he talked. He was so keen with details (his notes are great) that he asked me about something minor from our last visit. It really surprised me how much he cares about even the smallest problems. He was very thorough and made sure that all my questions were answered. He explained everything clearly, even explaining some confusing medical terms and procedures. We talked for quite a bit. I'm pretty sure that my appointment might have crossed into the next appointment too... Even though I had to wait to see the doctor, I felt it was well worth it. The attention and care I received made me feel better about my health. Definitely would recommend Dr. Nguyen!”
“My boyfriend got hurt badly on two of his fingers today, so we headed to this urgent care to get him treated. Turns out he had no broken bones but had to get 4 stitches. Let me tell you we couldn’t have had a better experience! Angela (nurse) and Dr. Behnaz Babaknia worked together to treat him. They were both so nice, explained the process, checked up on him, answered any questions and kept conversation throughout the stitches process which helped my boyfriend enormously. They made sure we knew exactly what was going on and were supportive the whole time. I cannot thank these ladies enough for their amazing service, patience, hard work, and kindness, they are both very amazing at their job and our experience was great. Thank you for taking care of my boy?definitely a great experience regarding the scary circumstances!!”
“I've been a patient at Popular Medical Clinic for many years, since Dr. Ciliani Sr. was in this office & whom I've always felt more than fortunate to be his patient. Unfortunately, he's no longer with us. Dr. Ciliani Sr. was a magnificent person who was caring & dedicated to his patients in a sensitive and caring manner. Fortunately, Dr. J Ciliani has been at this clinic since & who's been my primary physician at this location for many years now. Dr. J. Ciliani gives his patients the time & assistance they need, he's always up-to date with health info that will guide patients on the right path to recovery & staying healthy. I am very pleased with his professional care & attentiveness. I've recommended some friends & neighbors since I've also been pleased with his staff. Sometimes the wait may be a 10 or maybe 15 min more that what we expect. however, the time and attention other patients get, you will also receive. It's worth the wait.”
“my rating is based on subject matter expertise & knowledge & capabilities. sure there may be some "customer service" areas for improvement at UCI Medical Centers (& not just this location but also their ER/Specialists). However I would rather have the rudest doctor save my life than the nicest doctor misdiagnose/mistreat me....so that is my reasoning for still scoring a 5/5⭐️•they work as a team of residents (post medical school graduates with overseeing Doctors and Higher level medical expertise above that as well).•They also provide a lot of technical information handouts so that you can understand why and what is affecting your health.• if you're seeing two departments/doctors, they will transfer your potential medical questions to each other department for increased quality oversight of the specialized medical expertise and can both see the information because it is in the same computer system•they have a lot of different capabilities with-in their network such as specialized doctors/ER/lab equipment/ pharmacy•they're an educational medical center rather than a for-profit medical center that rents out spaces (such as Hoag) where basically any doctor can just rent a room at the medical center. this means they are screened and overseen by UCI Medical which has an Educational Standard to uphold911!!! if you're having an emergency go to the UCI Emergency Location not to this location as it's only certain hours and not meant for emergencies”
“OK, so I work in the medical field myself, and unfortunately, due to administrative stuff such as hiring staff, and a learning curve or the inexperienced or has little or poor work ethic. or with them growing their practice. The medical care can be listed with a negative review, and it’s not a reflection of the medical care, I love this office because of their continuing education they offer so many convenient options for appointments, they have amazing staff and I just love them!”
“I recently moved to the OC and decided to establish my primary doctor with this facility. The front desk staff is professional. The facilities are clean and well kept. I’m glad that I met my primary doctor here because during my first visit she made me feel comfortable and did not judge or disregard all the concerns that I had regarding my health. She answers my questions thoroughly and professionally. She recommends diagnostics and treatments that I feel are appropriate. I only got my blood drawn at the lab once. So far, they have been quite efficient getting patients in and out for blood work, although I went quite early in the day. I will continue to come here as long as they keep up the great service! ☺️”
