Now this is a cigar lounge, especially when going through sobriety, because they don't serve alcohol, that's good for me. I'm so glad that this lounge doesn't look like a hoarder's house, the cigar lounge near me does.

One of my favorite lounges! Came here a couple years ago and just came in again today. Great ambiance and the cigar selection is excellent. One of the few places that has a full selection of DavidOff and they sell it at retail prices where some places charge double.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. First time here and Service is horrible! He never even acknowledges anyone. I'm sure he's the owner based on other reviews. By the time we went to pay he looked so bothered he never once spoke to us. Never coming here again!

Fair oaks was fantastic great selection of cigars Johnny who works weekends is a great guy and really helpful Stuck between two really good restaurants was a treat to eat grab a cigar watch the game

Newport beach police target this location and pull people over while leaving for minor vehicle infractions. The businesses located here seem to encourage this type of policing for profit.

This shop is SO close of being amazing! Beautiful lounge, nice selection, decent price (not best but very reasonable) but the owner is a straight up A** Hole! Been in here 3x and every time he is very rude, short with me, and never has any good suggestions. Acts like he doesn't even want to be there! Who wouldn't want to hang out there all day and smoke cigars and talk with interesting people! Anyways hopefully the owner will hire someone and he can stay home.

I come to Fair Oaks at least a few times a week usually and have always enjoyed it. Selection is good and the lounge is comfortable. Tony and Johnny know their cigars and give good advice. I've always felt welcome and have introduced several friends to the lounge and we often unwind here after work. I've even had a few business meetings here too. Give it a shot; you won't regret it!
