I do Private Pilates with Vas at ESO. She is so knowledgeable and helpful not only about fitness but also nutrition and wellness. I love that this place has so many different things to offer. Massage, physical therapy, reiki and much more!

Participating in classes offered online from Baja Mexico. Zoom classes are easy to use and communication excellent. The classes have been physically and mentally therapeutic and energizing. So Grateful to have access to such knowledgeable and inspiring teachers. ?
