I recently visited the store and had a very unpleasant experience with a salesperson named Katie. This was surprising, as I usually have great experiences at this store and have never had a problem before. My family and I have bought products here several times and always received excellent service until this visit.
Katie’s attitude was dismissive and rude. She made several inappropriate comments that were completely uncalled for, especially for someone in a sales role.
I hope the management addresses this issue.

It was under construction and wasn't posted online. I ended up wasting my time driving here trying to fix a problem I have with my lens. I had problems when I first ordered them and still continue to have problems with their customer service now. For being as expensive as there are, you would expect to receive better service.

This is a follow up on more from the circus show. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE QUALITY CONTROL. If the DMV sold sunglasses, you would have a better customer experience. Please do not spend your money at this company. DITA use to be a premiere luxury eyewear company with a brand known for taking care of their clients. Somewhere over time, they've turned into a corporate company more focused on cutting costs and taking short cuts, resulting in extreme quality control issues and customer service that has downgraded. DITA makes the DMV experience feel like a luxury spa. From the store manager, to the regional manager Jeremy, DITA refuses to take accountability for taking my money in exchange for the equivalent of broken or used frames. I purchased, what is my 40th or so frame, and I paid to upgrade the lenses. I paid upfront for the lenses and frames and could not wear the frames as I did not like the look with the included lenses. After not hearing from DITA for over a month, I called the store several times and received different answers on when I could pick up the frames. It was until I went to the store in person, that I learned the lenses were never ordered. Much to my frustration, the lenses were then ordered, 6 weeks after my original purchase. Oh, the store manager told me I was a liar and basically said I couldn't be telling the truth, while refusing me a refund for frames I never wore or offering to help out in any way other than to finally place the order. Being at the store manager's mercy, I reluctantly proceeded as I had no choice, or I would have to eat $900 on frames I wouldn't wear. Furthermore, I also had to repair another of my favorite frames and dropped these off and paid for repairs upfront. The regional manager Jeremy reached out and was kind and responsive at first and said he would ensure my experience would improve. Well, after weeks passed, I still didn't have my lenses or my repaired frames. Finally after 5-6 weeks, my wife was at the mall and stopped by and of course, the frames were ready, even though I had called multiple times and was told they weren't at the store yet. When my wife brought the frames home, both frames were damaged. Literally the frames which were suppose to be the equivalent of brand new were both damaged. One was a result of a faulty lens install, which resulted in squeaky plastic frames and the other was a result a new temple being installed incorrectly making the sunglasses sit crooked. It looks like they glued the temple back on after breaking it during the repair. I have since reached out to Jeremy and he hasn't called me back after several attempts to discuss this matter live. Between the cost of the frames, upgrades, and 3 months of time, I'm now out of thousands of dollars. How does DITA think this is how you treat a loyal customer of 14+ years. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

Been rock in' Dita for over 20 years. Recently purchased my lady her first pair from Jourdan at Fashion Island location. Customer service was first class before , during and after the purchase. Fast forward 2 weeks later and she's onto her second pair thanks to Jourdan . Keep up the great work !! Thanks for the exceptional customer service. K & T -

Pretty bad experience here, untrained staff, the female I dealt with helped me with a purchase of glasses, I responsibly asked for her the refund policy, she replied 7 days and nothing else. My dad didn’t like the glasses purchased, so today I went to try to return the glasses and apparently store policy is exchange or store credit only. If I knew the actual policy as I asked for, I wouldn’t have bought em and took em home to let my dad try, would have just taken him to the store. Horrible service, incoherent, untrained, poor staff selection. Extremely upset. Now, forced to keep the glasses.

Incredible craftsmanship, exquisite and unique pieces. . These pieces are like a high end Japanese samurai sword.Update: had an warranty issue. Stellar service. They fixed it for me fast. The future of luxury is relationships and they understand that very well. I'll be back when the new collection drops. Thank you.

I ordered my glasses here at beginning of October 2020, I still not receive my eyeglasses. They don’t send the updated at all. It’s unbelievable and unacceptable. This order takes too long it’s already 3 months. I will never buy anything at this store.

the employee of the store with expensive high-quality goods behaved worse than the seller of newspapers at the station, namely, familiarly and aggressively. The company needs to select employees more carefully

Everyone looks at your eyes first right? Well they would if you're wearing DITA eyewear. I've been going to this store for the past 4 years and can't recommend DITA enough. All my friends have them now after ditching the overpriced low-quality fashion brands. Here your money goes into the actual product and helpful staff, not a logo and pretentious snobs. Just hold one of these next to any of the other popular eyewear brands and you'll see what the fuss is about.Tommy is the store manager at the Newport Beach store and is one of the most helpful people I've ever come across, especially considering how personal eyewear is. He recently helped me pick out the Statesman Three for eyeglasses, and the GrandReserve Two for sunnies. I couldn't be happier and will continue to support this great company for as long as the sun is bright and my eyesight is terrible :)
